We had a very good time, very welcoming and well furnished apartment. There has always been immediate support for every request we made. I will definitely return to Fabrizio and I highly recommend it.

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

I had a perfect stay, Antonella was lovely, really thoughtful. At first I thought of the isolated accommodation, and in the end with the bus it goes very quickly to reach the tourist center. It felt like my home. Thanks! And what a joy to regain calm after days of wandering.

We stayed for more than a month in this beautiful little house, very original and charming, which is located in a very quiet residential area of Rome. Everything was perfect in the house, everything was functional and very convenient. Parking is a few meters from the house, within the grounds of the residence. The pool is also very beautiful and very well maintained. We usually travel by car but we also took public transport and it is really very easy to get to the city center by bus. There are many shops, restaurants and services in the area. It is very easy and pleasant to communicate with Ulderico. He regularly checked in with us to see if we were missing anything and if everything was okay. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place 100%.

Emanuele’s apartment was perfect for our city break in Rome. It’s a lovely space, comfortable, very clean, lots of thought, care and attention has gone into providing everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was very well connected with public transport to get into the centre of the city easily. We had excellent, very easy communication with Emanuele. He was very accommodating, even when our incoming flight was very delayed. Thank you for making us feel very welcome Emanuele, we loved our short stay and look forward to coming to stay again next year. Thank you. Very highly recommended ⭐️

We stayed for a couple of nights in November 2024, we loved the location (great for Rome and surrounding areas), the accommodation was very clean and had all the equipment we needed, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Antonio was lovely at check in, and gave us good restaurant recommendations including the ice rink and its restaurant (along with its own brewed beer) which is just a ten minute walk away. We are now booked to return next summer for three weeks along with our two Lagotto dogs who will love their own enclosed garden to run around in.

I'm so glad I choose to stay at Celeste's place when I visited my daughter who was studying abroad at AUR. The terrace was a wonderful place for she and her friends to come over and hang out. It's even more beautiful and cooler than the pictures show. We loved it!! We could easily walk to any place in Trastevere or take the tram into downtown Rome (20 min). I spent a few days by myself and felt safe walking in the area and navigating to and from all the famous Roman sites. At the end of the day, I came back to a clean, comfortable, and safe place. As other reviewers mentioned, downstairs feels slightly humid but there is no mold. All the windows open, and it feels pleasant within 5 minutes. The area is bustling until about 11 pm, but after that it's quiet. The door is tricky. Use the door knocker to pull the door firmly toward you while turning the key all the way to the left, then push in. I can't wait to bring my whole family back to Rome and stay in Celeste's aqueduct apt again!

Our stay was awesome, and both hosts made everything very convenient. They are about a 15-20 minute walk from the metro station and you can get everywhere from there. They provided us with all the information we needed and answered our questions. The place is very homey, and I would definitely stay again!

The apartment exceeded our expectations, it was very clean, it was very comfortable, it is very well equipped and also the hostess welcomed us with nice touches (sweets, coffee, drinks, etc.) the location is one of the best in Rome, everything on foot and if needed, public transportation nearby.

Loved the apartment and the location. It’s right next to the keyhole which was fun to see right when we arrived. Easy enough to get around and very clean. Paolo was so kind and greeted us upon arrival. We didn’t want to leave!

We enjoyed our stay at Lorenzo’s apartment outside of the tourist centers of Rome. The apartment had charm and all the amenities needed. Lorenzo had great communication and provided excellent recommendations for activities and food/drink in the city and nearby. The historic city center was easily accessible by the number 8 tram just a few minutes from the apartment. Great value for staying in Rome and was easy to get to/from the airport.

What an awesome place! Felt like being at home once we came back from the hustle of Rome for the day. Very peaceful and the lemon trees smelled divine!!

Staying with Giovanna felt like a warm bath: Giovanna is a lovely person with excellent host qualities. Once in Rome, do go for the stylish house, the superb terrace, the handy stores nearby, the relaxness of it all. And of course for the love of truely great Giovanna: A glorious 5 days stay it was! We will return!

Roberta's apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location near the Vatican and close to a taxi stand, a supermarket, and restaurants was very convenient. We enjoyed the balcony and appreciated the A/C. Roberta was very responsive and helpful, plus she left a special note and gift for my son for his recent graduation, which was very thoughtful!

Claudias Appartement was very nice and private, with 2 places to sit outside to enjoy the garden . It was hard for me to carry my luggage to the place , because it was up hill, and Claudia offered to yo pick us up at the train station. really a nice place .

This Airbnb was everything we could’ve hoped for, beautiful, spotless, and in the most convenient location. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to see, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The space itself was like a work of art. It was thoughtfully designed, unique, and full of character. Christian was an incredible host, he was warm, responsive, and full of amazing local recommendations that truly made our trip special. We felt so well taken care of. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Rome. Highly recommend!

We stayed in this apartment in June. I rate 5 stars because I found what was described, comfortable bed, everything you need to spend a vacation, fast communication, Francesco's availability to solve even small mistakes as well as cordiality and discretion, very clean, convenient location near the station and... small gadgets. We are a bit light sleepers, so we felt the proximity to the hardware store and the street a bit, but we rested anyway. Recommended

Camilla was very helpful and quick to respond to my messages and questions. The wifi worked fine. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary. There was nothing missing. In summer, this accommodation is sure to be a hit. Very cool and with air conditioning. I highly recommend this place

We LOVED this stay in Rome! Located in a very accessible area, close walking and plenty of public transportation options. We thought the stay was perfect for 2 in the city.
