The house is just a 5-minute drive from Teror and 10 minutes from the GC-3 highway that connects with the North/Center and South of the island, as well as with Tamaraceite that has all the amenities.

It's 55 sqm large and suitable for couples or families with 1-2 children. Relax or get a tan without noise or neighbors, you will only hear the birds. Or use the apartment as your home base to explore the rest of the island. Easy and free parking by the house, access to shops, restaurants and public transport only 3 minutes away.

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)
