Vacation rentals with a patio in Monte Faro, Gran Alacant

They are the best hosts that I have ever met with. The apartam is well-furhished, clean and spacious, the view from the whole apartman is breathtaking. The tram is very close, you can reach the city center in 10mins.

Absolutely loved my stay at this apartment. Was given clear instructions on how to operate the jacuzzi and maintain the water quality. Everything is new and of great quality. Amazing views. Watched some amazing sunsets. Quiet location. Only downfall is having to walk up and down to the sea front and shops and restaurants. Bit of a trek. Has great transport links to Santa Pola, Torrevieja and beyond. Beach is stunning! Really enjoyed a relaxing holiday here.

We stayed here with our family and two-year-old child and were very happy with the experience. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The highlight is the private rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi, grill, sun umbrella, and comfortable flooring — perfect for relaxing. Everything was quiet, and we had no issues during our stay. Some appliances are a bit outdated, but that wasn’t a big deal. We visited in May and had no problems with parking. Without a car, getting to the beach might be less convenient. Overall, a great place for both short and long stays. Recommended!

Great stay. Lovely hosts Wiola and Paweł are very helpful with everything. Beautiful apartment, 100% cleanliness, equipped with the smallest details. In fact, it looks better than in the photos. Beautiful views from the huge terrace: the sea and the mountains. To the center of Alicante about 15min taxi or 20min by city bus. Stop near the apartment. To the sea from the apartment about 15min walk. Overgrown pool a little higher up the apartment. What more to write, you just need to see. We four friends from Poland will definitely be back. Our stay in this apartment was amazing. The place is modern, has everything you need and has a very nice balcony with a beautiful view. The apartment is very well equipped and we also had chairs and umbrellas for beach which was very convinient. Maria was a great host and let us stay longer in our check out day which helped us because our flight was in the evening. This place was 10/10!

I recommend it with all my heart, the apartment is beautiful and well-maintained. Cleaned on a regular basis. The kitchen is equipped with the most necessary things for everyday cooking, bathrooms are equipped with washing liquids, soaps, towels. The view from the balcony is wonderful. Directions to and finding the apartment are very clear, no one will get lost. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT, DO NOT HESITATE!!! YOU WON'T FIND A BETTER PLACE.

The place was so cool that the stay turned out to be too short. Great location. Very good local conditions. Well-working bus service. Nearby restaurants guarantee great food. Very friendly, helpful host. Ricardo welcomed us to the apartment with all the instructions so there were no surprises. I recommend this place with a clear conscience as well as a beautiful neighborhood. Everyone will find something for themselves for us most was the silence of the area, the turquoise of the water, the sun. All at your fingertips. Was very clean and beautiful. The house was as described. Everything was walking distance. My boys had a blast!

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

Easy check in facilitated through private messaging. Questions answered and advice given. The house itself has a lot of amenities throughout, the pool is spacious and the garden area has more than enough space for 6 people. Rooms are clean and the area is within walking distance from multiple supermarkets, as well as a shopping center with nice restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at David's apartment in Gran Alacant was pleasant all around. The property is very well maintained, thoughtfully furnished and offers a wonderful sea view. There was really nothing missing. Particularly nice was the outdoor area with a grill, for which even firewood was provided – perfect for cozy evenings. David is an excellent host. He personally welcomed us and was always available for questions and tips without being intrusive. You immediately felt comfortable and in good hands. The location is ideal – quiet, yet well connected. Santa Pola can be reached in about 15 minutes by bus and Alicante in about 35 minutes, so that excursions can also be easily undertaken. We enjoyed the time very much and can fully recommend the place. Thank you, David!

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

Our stay was wonderful, like and last year! Adela is very active. This is our second time here and we will definitely be back again! Very nice, quiet and beautiful place, with a nice garden and pool. The house is big and has everything we need. We always have our dog with us and she had the best vacation ever! Highly recommend!

Qing was very pleasant, attentive, and always reachable and responsive. She was accommodating to our traveling needs specially with a toddler. The apartment is very spacious and make you unwind from the busy center. Host work with you if you have additional requests.

Very nice apartment with an even more beautiful view from every room. The immediate surroundings are very quiet, which means there is not much to see/do except the beach and it was never full. However, you can get to the busy city with many possibilities very quickly by bus or train. In my opinion, a very good location if you want to do something, but at the end of the day do not want to do without relaxation and tranquility.

It was a great stay in a very clean and modern apartment that was located in walking to the city centre. The apartment was also located at the top floor and with the balcony, it gave an amazing view and a very cozy atmosphere both day and night. The hosts were also very inviting and welcoming with quick respond time which made the visit very enjoyable. I would highly recommend!

The accommodation was great 👍 but far from the sea, we were on foot and it was difficult to go to the beach, but I recommend it for people who arrive by car. Apart from that, the accommodation is impeccable, very clean, very well-equipped, nice with pool. And Gina was very kind and always available to help us. Thanks!

Great location - super quiet, but only a 5 minute downhill walk to the beach and a row of restaurants and little shops. We ate out every evening. Spacious & modern apartment with a lovely outdoor area. Pool was a good size and really quiet. Great welcome by Jonas’ parents. Great communication by Jonas leading up to our stay. I’d recommend hiring a car if you want to get about as we found booking taxi’s quite hard work! Overall, would highly recommend! We travelled with two children and we had everything we needed.
