House vacation rentals in Monte Faro, Gran Alacant

Monique, her husband, and her friend were nothing short of amazing. Monique helped arrange transportation to and from the train station, and even offered to drive us anywhere we needed during our stay for way less than a 3rd party app would charge. They were some of the nicest and most welcoming people, and the property was gorgeous. About a 15 minute walk to the beach from the property, but it housed all of our party more than comfortably. One of the best if not best experiences anyone in the group has ever had with Airbnb and travel in general. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice relaxing vacation with no worries. Just left an amazing weeks stay at Jukka’s Villa. We had an amazing time, everything as described and Jukka was an amazing host, couldn’t have asked for anything more. There is everything you could need, he really has thought of everything! We will definitely be coming back.

The house is just as shown in the photos. Very clean and tidy, it has everything. We were very comfortable. We'll be back for sure.

The house and the garden are very clean, tidy and functional. Exactly the same as in the pictures. The house block is very nice to close off completely with a fence so that no strangers walk around, only residents. The house is very centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, close to supermarket, roads and the airport, but you won't hear from that! The host always responds and really quick, kind and helpful. The courtyard garden is great for children, everything is neat and tidy there too. We have enjoyed this large and spacious house, everything easy to keep clean too. The Spanish hospitality was also very pleasant. All in all recommended, you get a lot for your money.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Gran Alacant! The place was perfect for our family. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids, and the beautiful terrace gave us many cozy evenings outdoors. The furnishings of the house are modern, very tasteful and there was everything we needed. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this house. Family of 13, of which 8 adults and 5 children (from 0-6 years), had a fantastic stay in this house and place. The house and outdoor area looked much nicer than the photos in the advertisement. The children had fun in the heated pool, and so did the adults. The outdoor kitchen was in use every day. Walking distance to a great beach, restaurants and playgrounds. We had rented cars, so it was easy to get to Mercadona. Peter responded quickly. Friendly hosts at check-in and check-out. Everyone agreed that they would like to return to the house. A very nice and very comfortable house to spend a few days, very well equipped, definitely a place to return. The service was impeccable, always attentive and giving us any kind of help we might need. We would definitely repeat. We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived.

The apartment was great, just as Yolanda described it, and clean. She left us bottles of water, which was great. It is conveniently located, close to the beach and downtown. Yolanda was very nice. We had a great time, just like at home. Thank you so much!

This is a fantastic place to stay. Sunny balcony. Stunning views. Right in the heart of Santa Cruz. You need to walk to this as this historic place was built way before cars. there is a drop off point at the end of the street if you do get a taxi. if not it's a 5 minute walk from the promenade and town hall.

We were several families of friends with children, very comfortable for everyone, the location in the middle of the village. An ideal weekend.

They have a great team of professionals who are very attentive to quickly and efficiently resolving any special circumstances or needs that arise during the stay. The development is amazing, with a swimming pool, paddle tennis courts, tennis, soccer... it offers many possibilities. The house is very large and the kitchen is super spacious for going with family or friends. We'll be back to this safe place! We had an AMAZING stay at this AirBNB, I’ve never stayed in such a beautiful location. The two outdoor spaces were an added bonus that we used daily to relax after walking around the city and/or going to the beach. There are tons of food options within short walking distance. If you want to explore the outskirts of Alicante, the tram station was very close. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. Highly recommend!!

We had a nice stay. It was off-season, so not much was open. We were traveling with three kids and didn’t have a car, so we weren’t able to get around much. There are probably more transport options, like to the beach, during the season. Lovely neighborhood and a fantastic view.

Everything looked just like in the pictures, a beautiful apartment, a great place with a pool, amazing, quiet, peaceful, I think the time spent there was very successful 🤩 highly recommend ♥️

We had an amazing experience at Kevin's home . Everything we needed was available and the house was big and suitable for us as a family . We loved the garden where my kids could play freely . I recommend Kevin's place. I also recommend to have a car to get to the center of alicante. Big hug to Laura who received us , she's been very nice and helpful ! We definitely want to come back again!

The house is small but very cozy, it has everything, it is very clean and comfortable, the terrace is decorated and at night it has small lights that make it even more beautiful, the area is very quiet, there is a restaurant area nearby, you have to have a car to go to Santa Pola since it is a little far to walk, by car it is 10 minutes, the reception is by jhonnie, the neighbor next door, he is very friendly and attentive. The only downside I find is the check-in time, according to the page it is at 3 pm, I think it's late, and they want to change it to 5 pm, so you practically lose the day.

Best place we've ever been to! Great house with private parking right outside the door, extremely modern furnishings, huge private garden/lounge area, excellent kitchen appliances and much more. Within walking distance are all kinds of supermarkets and drugstores as well as some great restaurants. The beaches nearby are beautiful and miles for chilling out on hot days. Within 15 minutes you can reach the city center of Alicante by car, in addition there is the possibility to use public transport. We felt at home and booked the house again for 10 nights during our stay. We're looking forward to it! Thank you for everything Kevin!

the apartment was lovely with a nice courtyard area we had breakfast there every morning of are stay looking in the sun looking over the Sea, we had a little accident and locked our selfs out of the apartment and José got us back in place very quickly we will be going back in april

The provided key fob did not work to access the pool area, so the main attraction of the place was not accessible. Parking was hit or miss on availability, so you may have to walk a long ways to the unit. The place was clean and had ample space.

Maria is a great host, commucates very well and attends to any request!
