We highly recommend this apartment! Simone is incredibly friendly, hospitable, and very flexible — a truly kind and helpful host who made us feel at home right away. The apartment is excellent: spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with everything you could need, which was especially important for us as we were traveling with a small child. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the supermarket, bus stop, and the beach. It’s also a great base for visiting beautiful places like Sirolo, Numana, and the surrounding area. The sea is wonderful, and we had a really great time. We spent ten relaxing days here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Comfort and relaxation! The property is in a very convenient location, perfect for getting around easily, and at the same time quiet, ensuring an ideal stay to "unwind". The apartment is perfect if you are traveling with a four-legged friend and a strong point is definitely the garden, quiet and well maintained, ideal for relaxing. A special thanks to Edoardo, always present, kind and helpful. We'd love to come back!
