Hands down the best location in Monte Carlo! About 5 minutes walk to everything- Metropole shopping center, all the restaurants, bus stop and the casino. Quiet street yet right in the center of all the action. Great views from the apartment. Stocked with all the necessary amenities (thanks for the abundant Nespresso supply!) Our group of 3 stayed for a week and enjoyed every single day. Already planning to return and would stay nowhere else but here in Jerome’s unit. Bonus points: Jerome is friendly and very responsive 👍🏼

We stayed during the Monaco GP. Unbelievable view over Monaco, far enough it was quiet and close enough you still got the atmosphere! Mathieu was very responsive and helpful. Overall great stay!

Kerstin was a lovely host - very communicative leading up to our stay. Anna, the manager who checked us in was very accommodating. We arrived a little early and she was able to allow us an early check in. The apartment itself is on the smaller side but charming, and right on Promenade d'Anglais with a lovely ground level garden and a perfect view of the water. The building was secure and we felt very safe. I don't recommend having a car at this location as street parking is necessary but it is very close to the center of Nice and walking distance or a short Uber from most places. Recommend!

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

We rented this house at the end of May and it was really great. It's a very beautiful, stylish place filled with pleasant energy. From the windows, you can enjoy panoramic views, everything is clean and aesthetic. It was really nice to spend time there: we cooked a lot, we gathered around the big table — a very nice Airbnb experience that we want to come back to🤍

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. A small group from our cycling club had an amazing stay at the property. Riding the nearby climbs of the Eze, Madone and Mont Chauve. Exploring the local villages, towns as well as Nice. After a good day's cycling we came back to the villa and enjoyed the spacious garden, views and pool. The property had lots of room to relax, all the amenities and a great kitchen for cooking. A superb place to stay, we will be back!

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

We stayed in Vassil's apartment for a month and enjoyed every day. Could easily have stayed longer. The view is almost better than the pictures. It was spotless clean and had almost all the amenities we wanted. Vassil is an excellent host and responded very quickly to our questions. The location is perfect in a quiet, gated community with easy and safe parking on the street. 5 minutes walk to a bakery. 10-15 minutes to restaurants and supermarkets. Bus to the city, Villefranche and Menton right outside the north gate. Bus 98 to Old Nice right outside the south gate. Get the Côte d’Azur ticket app on the phone. Very smart! Be aware that the bathroom is en suite with one of the bedrooms. It worked fine for us (a couple). Could also be OK for a couple with one or two smaller kids. For two couples it may be a bit awkward. We give the apartment nothing but our best recommendations.

We had an amazing stay! This place has everything you need and more. Walkable to so many restaurants and very large grocery store right out the front door of the building. Beach access and roof top pool. Washing machine and dryer were perfect! Corinne was so responsive and so kind. Thank you! We hope to stay here again soon!

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Judy was nice and communicative. Check in was easy. The neighborhood is convenient and easy to navigate. The elevator was good. The air conditioning was good. The recent renovation was good. I would stay here again.

Excellent week spent in Muriel's apartment with a very friendly welcome from Corinne. Everything was as described on site. A beautiful city, a beautiful apartment and a huge terrace with sun all day. Once the car is at the parking lot, everything is on foot (shopping, market, restaurants, casino,...) with the nearby train station 11 minutes to Monaco, 13 minutes to Ventimiglia, and buses at the foot of the building if you don't like the train. Perfect for us. ...we did not test the beach because at the end of March it's a bit fair, but for the brave, it's 50 meters from the building.

We really enjoyed our 4 nights here. As others have said, it is well located, so walking distance to most things or a short bus ride, plus 7 min walk to and from the train. It is possible to get to the apartment with luggage from the train station without using stairs but it took us a few days to work out which streets and elevators (lifts) to use to do this. The best thing about this apartment is the terrace. It is large with sun and shade so we had all our meals out there. It was also handy for drying our laundry, although the washing machine has a dryer function too. We had sunny warm days in late May and loved Mala Beach and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin beach for swimming. The beds were comfortable and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. We liked the Le Marche supermarket best (better than the Carrefour) with both being around the same distance walk. Thanks for a lovely stay Sarah and all your helpful communication and advice. We would stay here again!
