Wonderful place to stay in the back of Nice! Perfect as a starting point for bike rides :) The apartment is perfect for 4-5 people and is very quiet. The kitchen has everything you need and everything was very clean Catherine was an extremely kind and helpful host! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Erwin and Liliane were extremely welcoming, kind I trusted the other reviews and I was right, they took care of us all week. We couldn't think of a better way, an AirBnb welcome as it's hard to find today An incredible view of the mountains and sea, I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks again to them

Beautiful and very well-equiped apartment in a peaceful countryside with absolute privacy. Paul and Nicole were lovely hosts who gave us a lot of tips and were at our disposal at all times. We felt like at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

This was an amazing stay. The view is beautiful. We had our own private oasis overlooking the area. It was amazing to watch the sun rise each morning over the water. Salt water pool was very nice. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a giant umbrella if needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and an outdoor sink. You should book this! Thank me later!

We had a lovely time, the house was perfect, clean, the criteria matched the description. The garden is very beautiful, fenced, perfect for dogs. All amenities were functional. Thanks to Jimmy for his kindness and responsiveness. Very good place and a very nice house. Thank you very much.

I highly recommend Laurence Caroline's place first for the kindness of the host,her flexibility with our late arrival in the evening,her good information and also for her quiet,cozy accommodation with all the amenities needed for a great stay... I hope to be able to go back!

Our short stay at Sophie and Bernard's went very well, they welcomed us warmly and showed us around the property and their lovely garden. The apartment was very clean, the bedding was very good... we visited many beautiful villages nearby. We thank them for their kindness and hospitality and wish them all the best. we will keep their address for a possible future stay

We stayed as a family for a week in Nice and enjoyed the accommodation there very much. The amenities were great for us, a really well-equipped kitchen, a large and furnished terrace including a grill. 👍 Raphael always responded quickly and helpfully to our questions, came by himself twice and even provided us with the private table tennis table. 🏓 The bus stop is only 5 minutes away and so we were traveling exclusively by bus and train. We highly recommend this Raphael apartment! 👍💪👌 Super!

Thank you Christopher and Suzanne for a lovely 10 night stay at your peaceful and cozy cottage. We were sad to leave. You gave us great recommendations for sightseeing and walks with our dog (Gourdon, vieux village de Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, Massif de L’Esterel, Parc de la Brague, Valbonne Village). We discovered 2 local restaurants just 5-7 minutes drive from the cottage that were quite delicious: Cé La Vi and Mezcla Loca (highly recommend for fresh and innovative tapas à la français/californian) All in all we look forward to returning. Very nice place in a quiet area in the middle of nature. Fantastic to wake up there with the view. Super nice host! Good base to experience everything. Markets, restaurant, cycling, hiking, etc. We had a nice vacation

We had a lovely stay at Davide's house. This is a very nice family home, full of charm and with a soul. The interior of the house is very well equipped. We feel the generosity of the owner. The house was very clean when we arrived. The pool with a Jacuzzi is fabulous. The garden is very beautiful. The exterior is well appointed to rest and have lunch in the shade. No complaints. We will go back with great pleasure. We also thank Serge for his welcome, kindness and recommendations for visits and good little restaurants. A real favorite.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The place was well equipped, enjoyed using an air fryer for the first time & the BBQ was great! The outside decking area with hot tub was very relaxing and as the weather was not warm enough for the pool the hot tub was a welcome alternative for relaxing. The scenery was stunning. I would recommend providing some written recommendations on restaurants, areas to visit, walks in the area etc in the house. We looked online but personal recommendations left for guests would be a nice touch. I would recommend this house for its space for a family and Stephane was a very responsive host. You definitely need a car to enjoy the area, go to shops etc. We had not planned to hire one as I thought we could walk to the village in about 15 mins but we ended up getting a rental otherwise we would have relied on Ubers, which were quick enough but it adds up when you are a party of 5. After a warm welcome,we took possession of the simply decorated cottage. The only bemol is the lack of parking.

What a beautiful spot. We planned out entire visit to Nice to stay at Lars's spot and it was completely worth it. Amazing views, cute decorations, convenient location, and a lovely host. The location is not walkable, but completely worth it as the Ubers are not expensive to get into the old city or towards the water. Will be coming back for sure!

We had a lovely stay at Alain's place, well equipped and functional. Alain is very responsive and available, we even had recommendations for dinner after we arrived late, and breakfast for the next day. Thank you again!

We stayed with 3 young children (aged 1-6) for 6 nights and it was perfect. Very close to sandy beaches, a 15 min walk in to central Cannes. the house had everything we needed, including an outside space with a swing for the kids. Easy to get to from Nice airport and well served by buses, Uber, etc. Would highly recommend!

We spent 6 days in early September at Boris’ villa. It was exactly as described and extremely well located - private but close to the beach. The weather was fabulous. The house has a wonderful vibe and the outdoor patio and balcony off the master bedroom are highlights. It is a short walk down some stairs and then onto the beach and many restaurants, a bakery, a grocery store etc. There was never anyone at the pool and it was very quiet. Would highly recommend Boris’ villa and thank you for being responsive and sharing this great place. Great location for doing day trips to Monaco, Ventimiglia (Italy), Cap Ferrat, Villefranche, Nice. The old village is also a great visit.

A stay my son and I won't forget. The setting is beautiful, a large quiet terrace, the accommodation is perfect everything is functional. We also took full advantage of the beautiful pool every day alone. As for Bernadette, she is the best, very attentive from our arrival until our departure. Great hosts +++ We'll be happy to go back.

This special place is an oasis of positive vibes. We highly recommend the place. Alain and Agnes are wonderful people who sweetened our vacation with great tips and nice conversations. For children (including toddlers) it is a paradise. The many animals, the pool and the playground are simply a treat!

Everything was perfect. The host clearly takes great care of this place — it was very clean, well-equipped, and stylish. It's within walking distance of the city center and the marina, with a nice urban view. A great accommodation for sunny days.

We enjoyed our 12 day stay in the apartment. Well situated close to the water and to the village centre. A little noisy in the evenings but quiet after about 11 pm. We really enjoyed the large open kitchen which is well appointed. The dining/ living area is large and comfortable. There is also an outdoor terrace with seating and a table. There is no air conditioning but there are several large fans. Worked out well in early September but the warmer months could be a problem for some. Overall, we had a great stay and loved Villefranche Thanks Richard

Isabelle's apartment is as described and shown in the pictures. It is nicely furnished, with good appliances, air conditioning, and a beautiful private garden with a dining table, a plancha grill, and an outside sofa + armchairs. The apartment is in a building within a gated residential complex on a little hill which is very quiet. There is free parking space inside. One can reach the closest beach walking in about ten minutes. It is also quite close to the city center. Isabelle is a very responsive host that took care of check-in and check-out, and gave interesting tips about places to visit, etc. Overall it was a great experience. Definitely recommended.

Great place and great host. I am very grateful to Mary-Jane for a good meeting, for her attitude towards us and our doggie. The place was super clean, the rooms smelled nice. The bedroom had a very nice bed and bedding, we slept like small children. 10 out of 10
