Very nice apartment, friendly and helpful host, perfect location close to casino, only 1 thing was sad about building because every day for 2-3hours lift not working and apartment on the 6 floor

Our stay with Margarete went as well as we had hoped, offering a prime location for exploring Monaco or getting on a train to explore the French Riviera! Margarete was super responsive, and the apartment had plenty of amenities upon arrival to keep my spouse and I going during the visit. We had a fabulous week in Beaulieu sur Mer in Mikhail’s place! Mikhail was extremely helpful and very communicative - sending us videos of the apartment during the booking process and further videos and guidance on gaining access to the property. He was also very helpful with advice on local amenities and options for returning to the airport. The apartment was perfect - very modern, clean and ideally situated close to the marina, with fabulous views out to sea - we would definitely return again!

Cristina was so helpful and flexible too. She was brilliant to work with and I will certainly book the apartment again. The location is fantastic. Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay and the views were spectacular. Very helpful host who went out of her way to sort out an issue for us when we lost our way back to the apartment on our first night there! Marie Lawrence and her support team were wonderful and we are very grateful.

Lovely place to stay. A little out the hustle and bustle of the main streets of Cannes which was nice. Safe, peaceful, and comfortable. The terrace is the best part!!

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay to head into Monaco for the Grand Prix!

We loved our holiday in Nice, we wanted access to good walking/hiking and also a taste of the city and to visit its many art museums. The flat is in a great location with the port, old town and Prom des Anglais within walking distance, and has an absolutely fabulous view of Nice from the balcony. We enjoyed having dinner on it so much that we didn’t eat out as much as we’d expected to! Boulevard Carnot takes you out towards Monaco, the views are breathtaking and there are plenty of places to walk, eat swim and a couple of great gardens to visit way before you hit Monaco itself. We hired a car do this exploring, but there are frequent buses to Villefranche and beyond.The apartment was perfect for the two of us. One person had to sleep against a wall but we got used to this quickly and the bed is comfortable. The pool was a great bonus and not used much when we were there in May.

Odile’s place was incredible. It was clean and exactly as described. Odile as a host was amazing too. She greeted us at the check-in and she took the time to go through the house and show us around and she also made great recommendations for our stay. We had the best time on the Côte d’Azur!

This luxury apartment is tastefully furnished and offers all the comforts. The spacious terrace with a nice jacuzzi is a wonderful place to stay, even during the winter months. Various fitness equipment is available and the sauna and rain shower complete the feeling of well-being. Host Roselyne and her husband Gérard know how to strike a perfect balance between offering privacy to guests and being available to answer any questions they may have. As guests, we felt very pampered. This property is highly recommended, but we would prefer to keep it a secret. 😉

Great location, wonderful views, nice stay, clean bathrooms, kitchen and facilities. A little on the costly side, nevertheless it was a great stay. The host was very responsive and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

My recent stay was complete perfection. The apartment was fully equipped and immaculately clean. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!
