Beachfront vacation rentals in Monte Carlo

We had an amazing stay! This place has everything you need and more. Walkable to so many restaurants and very large grocery store right out the front door of the building. Beach access and roof top pool. Washing machine and dryer were perfect! Corinne was so responsive and so kind. Thank you! We hope to stay here again soon!

Our stay at Nice’s place was an absolute joy! Nice has been one of the most responsive and friendly host that I’ve ever meet. You can tell that he really cares for the space, and its guests. The location of this space is ideal. You’re away from the hustle and bustle of Old Nice, but just a quick (and I mean quick) tram ride into town. Most nights we would take the tram into town and walk back. The beach is just a stones throw from the space too. Nice had all of the amenities you’d need for a beach day: chairs, towels, and an umbrella! You can’t beat it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Todo fue perfecto, desde el check in con Kevin, el departamento que es hermoso y los dias que pasamos en la Costa Azul. El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, con un supermercado enfrente. Las instalaciones funcionan a la perfeccion y estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias maravillosos. Prometimos volver!! Gracias

We stayed in Irina's place for a week, it is as discribed, very clean and nice place. The views from the apartment is just amazing. The place has everything one needs during their stay. We felt it was perfectly located to explore French Riviera with easy access to train services. Irina is a great host, always available to get back to any enquiries promptly. Thanks for hosting us.

This Airbnb surpassed all expectations! The garden is designed like a fairy tale paradise, with hydrangeas and lush trees artfully arranged—every corner is worthy. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling ocean views are breathtaking, waking up to the soothing sound of waves in the morning and falling asleep under the glow of sunset in the evening. It was the perfect finale to our island getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Delphine’s place. She worked with us on early check in, and was super helpful and communicative. The location was fantastic. Highly recommend!

The Sun Bay House was the perfect place to stay at during our first visit of the Côte d‘azur. The studio itself as well as the terrace were as beautiful and clean as on the pictures and Phillipe was always there to help! He was an amazing host with many recommendations what do to in Villefranche-sur-mer and in other cities It was one of the best AirBnb experiences we‘ve had! We will definitely come back 😊

A dreamy escape by the Mediterranean This beachside apartment was pure magic. Overlooking the shimmering Mediterranean Sea,—we never tired of watching the waves roll in, with our morning coffee and a glass of wine at sunset. The balcony became our favorite spot, so peaceful. The apartment itself clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, including kitchen appliances for home-cooked meals. We also enjoyed the shared pool. Direct access to the beach was so incredible—just a short walk down the stairs and we were there, toes in the sand. The location is right next to the train station, making day trips effortless. Parking required a short walk, but it was absolutely worth it for the stunning setting and proximity to the sea. Our host was responsive and helpful

Logement au top pour ces points : vue magnifique et sans vis à vis, parking, propreté, boîte à clé + digicode vraiment pratique, grande terrasse agréable (transat, déco…), lit confortable ainsi que les fauteuils et le canapé (un peu moins en position lit), équipements et linge en quantité suffisante, praticité de tous les supports pour accrocher les affaires, son côté fonctionnel, paisible… Hôte réactif, compréhensif et instructions claires pour arriver facilement. Pour nos visites, on a fait le choix de prendre le bus (ligne Nice-Menton) depuis le centre ville (où l’on trouve d’ailleurs boulangerie, supérette, office du tourisme…) en empruntant les 300 marches environ (10 minutes de marche pour nous). La piscine est géniale, juste dommage de n’avoir pu l’utiliser que notre dernier jour malgré les températures estivales fin mai, mais il fallait attendre qq jours après qu’elle ait été traitée. On a cependant bien profité des baignades en mer.

What an amazing gem this property was. The view was out of this world. Waking up every morning to that gorgeous view made me giddy! Close to restaurants, to beach clubs, to cafes, you name it. I fell in love with Nice and would 100% stay at this property again. Everything we needed was there and the host was so friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The noise from the promenade was what I expected but it didn’t bother me much, but the location was worth every car horn. Highly recommend this property for anyone travelling to Nice!

The location and apartment were perfect! the view is beautiful, and the apartment is bright, spacious and very clean. we definitely hope to return in the future and would easily reccomend to anyone thinking of staying. 5 stars all around!

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

Quando siamo arrivati all’alloggio, circa un’ora dopo l’orario di check-in, non abbiamo trovato le chiavi dell’appartamento all’interno della cassetta di sicurezza. Fortunatamente siamo riusciti ad accedere all’appartamento in quanto abbiamo incontrato il team delle pulizie che stavano ancora terminando di pulire. Al di là di questa incomprensione, il soggiorno è stato fantastico. All’interno dell’appartamento è presente qualsiasi cosa di cui abbiate bisogno e l’host Matthieu è sempre pronto e veloce a rispondere ai messaggi nel caso aveste bisogno di qualcosa. Alloggio con una bellissima vista dall’alto sul mare e sui palazzi che compongono il meraviglioso panorama di Montecarlo. Abbiamo sempre mangiato in balcone, perché fornito di un tavolo spazioso e le belle giornate ci hanno aiutato a soggiornare in ottime condizioni

Piera has been nothing but an amazing host, very friendly, very responsive and an overall wonderful. The apartment is even better than in the pictures. The view from the balcony is amazing. The property is located in Beausoleil right above Monaco. If you want a cozy place to visit Monaco, this is your place. I would definitely rebook this again. Merci :)

Le logement de Maxime offre un grand espace à vivre (salon/salle à manger) avec une vue directe sur la mer et Monaco, qui se trouve juste à côté. La terrasse permet de profiter de la vue. L'intérieur est en tout point confirme aux photos : très lumineux et fonctionnel. Un endroit à recommander !

The apartment was perfect for a couple and a single travelling together. Very clean and well appointed. Anna was amazing, I left behind my laptop charger , I contacted Anna and she offered without hesitation to bring it to Antibes for me. I will pay for her trouble , even though she said no need to. Fabulous above and beyond service. The position was excellent, just a few minutes walk to the tram station, but also easy walking distance to Old town and city centre, the Promenade was great fun for walking and watching everyone from our deck. The apartment is on the 4 th floor, but fabulous to have a lift for lugging suitcases. Kirsten the owner, was great communicator also. Would highly recommend.
