Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Monte Argentario

Absolutely loved it so much that we extended our stay for additional 3 days. Figured there is no way that we can find a perfect spot like this and the rest will be disappointing after our stay here. Views are amazing, big windows to take in the Tuscan hills in the morning. Comfortable and clean beds.

Wonderful place to stay in Pienza. Gorgeous little town in the rolling hills of Tuscany. Host is fantastic too. We had an issue with the front door that they were very quick to fix for us. Would highly recommend if you are going thru Tuscany!

This was an excellent experience. The host (Alex) was very friendly and welcoming, and a wealth of information about what to do in the area. The apartment was beautifully crafted, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything you needed. I had a small issue and Alex fixed it immediately. The pool area is fantastic and a walk down the valley through the vineyard is highly recommended. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The apartment is in the historic center of Monticchiello, a small and quiet village, a great base for going around the Val d 'Orcia. We found the apartment tidy, clean and equipped and equipped with every comfort to spend a pleasant weekend in Val d 'Orcia. The host was welcoming, helpful and kind and communication was always quick and easy. I recommend staying at this apartment!

The views are beautiful. Peaceful neighborhood. However, the kitchen is missing several items for cooking.

We stayed a few days from Cecilia, but it was enough to regenerate ourselves... the famous contact with nature was missing for a long time, the fragrant plants, the outside with American vines saved us from the very high temperatures of these July days and so much did the farmhouse in the tuff, always fresh inside... the hospitality was also completed by the inhabitants of the small village of San Valentino, thank you and I hope to be able to come back one day

Beautiful accommodation, responsive host, very attentive and helpful, responds very quickly if needed. Quiet, peaceful environment, far from Porto Santo Stefano but compensated by a paradisiacal view. The very big assets are the solarium, the spectacular view from the terrace, the private beach 1km away. Despite our 2 hours late to arrival, we were very well received by Marco and his wife. They also agreed to come early when we left for organizational matters. We recommend 100% and will be back.

If you are looking for a good place to stay in the area and do not want to become poor right away, this is the place to be. Everything just worked out great

Absolutely stunning, beautiful place. The pictures don’t do it justice. I’ve never stayed so close to the sea before and the view from my bedroom every morning was incredible. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a very good time, very convenient and central location, wonderful view from the terrace, possibility to pay for parking at the same rate as residents, i.e. €2 per day. Ale was always very helpful and kind in everything we needed... highly recommended...

The house is spacious, clean and very well maintained, with all the comforts you need. 5 minutes by car from the waterfront and the area of the main bars/restaurants and attractions of Porto Santo Stefano. The owner, Simona, is always very helpful and available for any need.

Wonderful stay at Matteo’s apartment. The view is beautiful, lots of evenings spent sat drinking wine on the balcony! It’s peaceful, easy to walk into town, basic facilities like coffee, ability to cook, clean bathroom, AC, comfy bed. We liked the stripped back basic feel, with good company, a view, wine and local fish from the market cooked at home we highly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend thank you Matteo!

We spent a beautiful week in the beautiful apartment of Rosà, the perfect host responded quickly and attentively. The panoramic view of the apartment takes your breath away... everything is perfectly clean, elegant furnishings and attention to the small things. You feel at home. Parking near the house is convenient to use. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back.
