Wonderful and charming home! Great, secluded and quiet location. Just down the hill from beautiful Proceno town. Francesco was a fantastic host, very communicative and even helped out three hungry lads that had spent all day on their bicycles and neglected to pick up enough food. 5*!

Giacomo, was an absolute legend! Such a great guy, welcoming and helpful. The property is set amongst beautiful gardens overlooking the spectacular Tuscan countryside. We spent two nights in the property managed by Mr. Croce who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, recommending with great fun from the best beaches to the most characteristic restaurants around Magliano. The room, overlooking the interior garden (for a fresh and relaxing breakfast) and the Isla del Giglio is even more beautiful than the photos. Cleanliness and silence make the stay even more pleasant. It's unfortunate to only spend two nights, and we'll be back as soon as possible. Highly recommended!!!

The place is great, with a very good breakfast. The room is big and the bathroom very clean. Only downside, the mattress was too soft for us. Herma is very kind, had a great conversation with her. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back to her.

To say that my experience at Stefania's went smoothly is an understatement! I had decided to praise the quality of this very cute little B&B right here but Stefania's availability, the possibility she offered us to have breakfast with our "roommates", extremely nice as well as, icing on the cake, her promptness to help me after my departure, in just a few hours, to return a personal item that I had forgotten on site makes me want to give her, not 5 stars, but 5 stars +++++. Grazie Stefania and see you next time, with the whole family this time!

This place was amazing! The owner was so sweet and welcoming, we weren’t able to take a tour of the convent before we left so at check out she walked us down to the wine cellar to see a cool spot, a running spring. The entire place was clean and relaxing. Our bedroom was clean, esthetically pleasing and very comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious. Their dinner was very good also. I booked a massage with them and it was absolutely amazing, the best way to relax in the Tuscan countryside.

We had an unforgettable three-night stay at Monia’s wonderful airbnb! The property is surrounded by nature, with a beautiful garden overlooking the water and friendly animals all around. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and truly felt like home. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, tidy, and lovingly decorated, with fresh tea and clean towels always available in the room. Monia (always with a smile and laughing) spoiled us with delicious breakfasts and even prepared a fantastic homemade four-day menu for just €35—everything was fresh and full of love. Her house wine was excellent and only €10. She also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. We’ll definitely be back - thanks for everything!

We had a lovely 2 days at this air BnB. Simone greeted us on arrival and even took our luggage to the room. The staff were all very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and was a great place to unwind after a busy few days! Breakfast was delicious. Fresh food provided every morning including fresh coffee and baked goods! I really rate this place highly! Will recommend to my friends and family.

My husband and our little dog (one-year-old Beagle) stayed at this 3GG property, because we were looking for a place where we could relax in the cool when on the hottest summer days in contact with nature. I have to say that we were really super happy and satisfied with this experience! The house is practically attached to the forest that can be accessed through the gate in the garden ! impeccable room:very clean Luca welcomed us making us feel really at home . Available and kind , he gave us many tips on places to visit and excursions to practice. He prepared breakfast for us with bread and jam made personally by him! We recommend everyone to stay at this property,we will definitely return in autumn to admire the foliange. Thank you very much Luca, see you soon. The spectacular fenced garden our little dog had a lot of fun:)

We had a great time in this house. We had beautiful view, quiet, cuite, clear room. Unforunately we had a problem with internet because before our arrive wather broken coneccted. Otherwise everything was very good.

Simonetta and Pierro were very welcoming and gave us lots of hints and tips for the area. The view from the living room on the sea towards Elba and the old town is really amazing and from there you can also experience beautiful sunsets. Every morning there is a bit of a different breakfast. Very nice hosts.

We were very warmly welcomed by the wonderful Stefania and she was a very lovely host throughout the stay! The whole place shines in a positive atmosphere! Be it now because of the wonderful nature, such as the old big fig tree, the beautiful decor or the friendly nature of the hostess. The pool was very clean and pleasantly cool, despite the 39 degrees outside temperature. The room was also pleasantly air-conditioned and very clean and tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime! There is a lot of culture to experience in the area, very good food and discover Italian life:)

Great quiet place with great owners and good dog. Its very quiet so I slept like a stone at the bottom of the lake. Breakfast was local and very tasty. Owners are great to talk to and very friendly. I had just a stopover there but felt really nice welcomed.

Monique and Hans's space was very neat, clean and tasteful. So live beautifully on a mountain with forest and lots of greenery around you. Wonderful nice view from the breakfast terrace. Monique has really done her best to make it as comfortable as possible. She has very comfy beds and pillows which I miss at many cottage and B&Bs in Italy. Unfortunately we would only stay one night, but after arrival we regretted no longer staying. We would love to come back and then longer!
