Wonderful and charming home! Great, secluded and quiet location. Just down the hill from beautiful Proceno town. Francesco was a fantastic host, very communicative and even helped out three hungry lads that had spent all day on their bicycles and neglected to pick up enough food. 5*!

Abbiamo trascorso due notti nella struttura gestita dal signor Croce che fin dall'arrivo ci ha fatti sentire come a casa, consigliandoci con grande simpatia dalle spiagge migliori ai ristoranti più caratteristici nei dintorni di Magliano. La stanza, con vista sul giardino interno (per una fresca e rilassante colazione) e sull'Isola del Giglio risulta ancora più bella rispetto alle foto. Pulizia e silenzio rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un peccato aver trascorso soltanto due notti, ritorneremo al più presto. Consigliatissimo!!!

Dire que mon expérience chez Stefania s'est bien passée est un euphémisme ! J'avais décidé de vanter la qualité de ce très mignon petit B&B ici même mais la disponibilité de Stefania, la possibilité qu'elle nous a offert de pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner avec nos "colocataires", extrêmement gentils ainsi que, cerise sur le gâteau, sa promptitude à venir en aide pour me restituer après mon départ, en quelques heures seulement, un effet personnel que j'avais oublié sur place me donne l'envie de lui attribuer, non pas 5 étoiles, mais 5 étoiles +++++. Grazie Stefania et à une prochaine fois, avec la famille au complet cette fois-ci !

Devo dire che tutti i giorni trascorsi nella zona ho trovato persone molto disponibili ovunque ma Silvia ha qualcosa di veramente molto raro,la sua gentilezza si nota già dalla voce che onestamente per non disturbare non avevo provato nemmeno a chiamarla prima del arrivo ed è stata lei a farlo dandomi delle indicazioni utilissime sui ristoranti nella zona ma soprattutto per delle visite guidate e come se non bastasse mi ha fatto persino delle prenotazioni a nome mio.È stata così carina da dedicarmi del suo tempo nonostante era il giorno di Pasqua perciò la ringrazio ancora una volta🙏La casa è super pulita e non manca nulla direi ,si è offerta di prestarmi persino il asciugacapelli perciò qualsiasi bisogno avete non esitate a chiederglielo è sempre gentilissima e disponibile. Poi che dire del servizio spumante , acqua tisane biscottini persino dei cioccolatini di Pasqua ai quali non ho resistito proprio 🤣Spesso sono i piccoli gesti che fanno la differenza. Non vedo l'ora di tornare!

Die Unterkunft ist großartig, mit einem sehr guten Frühstück. Das Zimmer ist groß und das Badezimmer sehr sauber. Einziger Nachteil, die Matratze war uns zu weich. Herma ist sehr freundlich, hatten ein tolles Gespräch mit ihr. Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder bei ihr vorbei.

We had an unforgettable three-night stay at Monia’s wonderful airbnb! The property is surrounded by nature, with a beautiful garden overlooking the water and friendly animals all around. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and truly felt like home. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, tidy, and lovingly decorated, with fresh tea and clean towels always available in the room. Monia (always with a smile and laughing) spoiled us with delicious breakfasts and even prepared a fantastic homemade four-day menu for just €35—everything was fresh and full of love. Her house wine was excellent and only €10. She also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. We’ll definitely be back - thanks for everything!

Io mio marito e il nostro cagnolino (Beagle di un anno )Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura 3 GG ,perché cercavamo un luogo dove poterci rilassare al fresco a che nelle giornate estive più calde a contatto con la natura . Devo dire che siamo rimasti davvero super felici e soddisfatti da questa esperienza! la casa e praticamente attaccata al bosco a cui si può accedere attraverso il cancelletto in giardino !camera impeccabile :pulitissima Luca ci ha accolto facendoci sentire davvero a casa . disponibilile e gentile ,ci ha dato tanti consigli su posti da visitare ed escursioni da praticare. ci ha preparato la colazione con del pane e dolci marmellata fatti personalmente da lui tutto squisito ! Consigliamo a tutti di soggiornare in questa struttura,noi sicuramente ritorneremo in autunno per ammirare il foliange . grazie mille Luca a presto. Il giardino spettacolare recintato il nostro cagnolino si e divertito tantissimo:)

We had a lovely 2 days at this air BnB. Simone greeted us on arrival and even took our luggage to the room. The staff were all very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and was a great place to unwind after a busy few days! Breakfast was delicious. Fresh food provided every morning including fresh coffee and baked goods! I really rate this place highly! Will recommend to my friends and family.

Both Anelida and Mauro were so friendly and charming. Although she doesn't speak English, we communicated easily using Google Translate. She prepared breakfast for us during our stay, baked homemade cakes, and everything was really delicious. The room, common areas, and bathroom were very clean. The location is also excellent; it’s very close to Pienza, Montalcino, and Montepulciano, right in the middle of everything. It was a perfect stay for anyone looking for an authentic experience. La Casetta Amore è uno dei miei indirizzi speciali a cui fare ritorno ogni volta che c'è un'occasione bella da festeggiare. L'appartamento è delizioso, e l'accoglienza che Barbara e il suo team offrono agli ospiti è quella che di solito si riserva agli amici. Cucina ben fornita di utensili per chi desidera cucinare in casa, connessione internet veloce se, come me, si deve anche lavorare, vista sulla piazza principale di Bagno Vignoni davvero magica. Ottima e abbondantissima la colazione, servita nella sala dall'altra parte della piazza. Consigliatissimo.

Il nostro soggiorno si è rivelato meglio di quanto ci saremmo potuti aspettare, Chiara si è dimostrata fin dall'inizio disponibile e attenta a tutte le nostre esigenze. La camera aveva una pulizia impeccabile e l'airbnb è immerso nella natura, circondato da mucche, cavalli, gatti e altri animali che contribuiscono a rendere ancora più rilassante il soggiorno nella campagna Toscana. La colazione è eccezionale: abbondante e con molti prodotti fatti in casa (la migliore marmellata di pera che abbiamo mai assaggiato!). Lo raccomandiamo a tutti e non appena avremo occasione di tornare in Toscana, saremo sicuri su dove soggiornare! Grazie mille ancora agli host per come ci hanno fatto sentire durante la nostra vacanza =)

Simonetta und Pierro waren sehr gastfreundlich und haben uns viele Hinweise und Tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer auf das Meer Richtung Elba und die Altstadt ist wirklich fantastisch und von dort kann man auch schöne Sonnenuntergänge erleben. Jeden Morgen gibt es ein bisschen ein anderes Frühstück. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

We stayed at Flaminia's place 6 days and we loved everything about the place. Flaminia and her hole family is super friendly. The kids loved it there, with all the animals, pool and swings. And the food there is the best food we ever had!!! Still dreaming about it!

I’ve traveled extensively, stayed at Ritz Carlton’s…this family owned wine farm has by far, the most attention to every detail. Love and a great deal of work (they renovated and built every item themselves). From the interior design to the homemade breakfast, everything from the farm to the sincerity of their hospitality and treated me like family…even more so. I’ve fallen in love with the location and the family and hope to return many times. The location is very convenient as well to drive all throughout Tuscany. I cried when I left the entire 20 minutes to drop off my car and most of the train ride to Rome as it touched my heart so deeply.

Camera con bagno pulita, con mobili nuovi e attrezzata con tutto quello che serve. La camera è all'interno di una villetta molto bella, con ampio giardino, tranquillità, e posto auto. Noi eravamo in auto, per cui nessun problema per raggiungere Castiglione della Pescaia.
