Vacation rentals with a balcony in Monte Argentario

Great place. Perfect location, good internet connection, and the host is super kind and responsive.

perfect apartment for a family of 4, very close to the beach, great parking space available, all the main amenities nearby including the train to get around downtown, a really pleasant week!

The place sits at the top of a small hill and part of a farmhouse/Castle complex. The view is gorgeous everything is full of flowers and animals, there is a gang of cats and lots of places outside to sit under a tree, have barbecue and drink coffee. The rooms are big and unique, there will be some insects on site but that’s normal for the countryside and not the fault of the host. I would very much recommend the place to everybody. Unfortunately, the communication with the German (!) corporation that manages the listing left a lot to be desired. Communication was slow and sometimes factually wrong, every response was very copy paste and mentioned our lovely host only as “ the keyholder”. Fortunately the place has a website which I have very much recommend you go to as it answers most questions. Additionally, the people on site are not only nice but also competent. I suggest the owners ditch inter home and let the people who actually live in the are handle this part of the job.

Peaceful spacious accommodation with stunning off-grid views. We had everything we needed. We just couldn't use the pool at the end of the season. Meri was very kind and accommodating, the place went smoothly.

Apartment in a quiet location, very clean and well-kept. The kitchen is well equipped, I also found the minipimer and containers to store food in the fridge! We really appreciated the presence of the air conditioning, given the excessive heat of the past few days, but we were unable to use the balcony where the outdoor unit that heats it is arranged. An oven, convenience store (closed on Sundays) is a bar, and tobacconist are nearby. The beaches of Cala Galera and Feniglia are close and can be reached in a short time by car. Mrs. Susanna was very available to arrange check-in and check-out times. We had a beautiful but short vacation. Thanks.

It's always coming home to me!!!! I sleep grew up in that building because since I was a child, my family took a house for rent in there and I've been doing it since my daughter... so for me it's not a new environment. As I already told the agency, I renew my compliments to the owner for the renovation carried out for how he was able to enhance without upsetting. I congratulate the agency itself for managing and maintaining the apartment. I found an extremely clean and tidy environment where nothing is really missing... from the coffee machine to the toaster to the tablecloths for breakfast.... dishes, hairdryer... in short, everything you need. Great stay, definitely my new landmark 😉

The house was amazing, especially the area and the views. Sitting outside and using the pool in this beautiful surrounding were absolutely fantastic. It's a very wie and lovely place with a very nice pizza oven and barbecue outside. The owner are very nice and the communication was really good. We would really like to come back. Thank you for everything and also for the nice olive oil!

I had the most amazing stay in Montepulciano. The apartment was lovely - a 5 minute walk from the centre of the town, and a great view over the valley. I had everything I needed in the apartment and, although it was small, it was cosy and a perfect space to relax. The host was lovely, and helped me with any confusion I had. Would 100% recommend - thank you!

Beautiful villa, great location. Very well kept garden. Inside there was everything you needed. Only the interiors smell a little closed and moldy, but by opening doors and windows the air improves.

Stayed here with a group of friends as a base for exploring the broader area and had a great experience. The local host was super friendly, accommodating and super helpful with local recommendations. Great private space for outdoor dining away from the adjacent rental unit.

our week-long stay was very positive. The apartment on 2 floors had everything you need, clean and comfortable. Very friendly and hospitable family staff. Flexible check-in: we were able to access it already in the early morning. Strategic place to get to the most beautiful areas of the Maremma.

Awesome property! Super responsive host!

Home was great - was further out of Sassofortino than we had thought, although that’s on us rather than the hosts! But it’s down very steep, unlit, gravel paths so was difficult to drive and couldn’t walk alone at night (as we were visiting friends in the town). Was difficult to manage check in and check out without speaking Italian - although Elena who checked us in was lovely and very prompt!
