Ideal for visiting Aveyron known for its gastronomy and renowned villages (Peyrusse-le-Roc, Bournazel, Belcastel, Conques, Villeneuve, Najac, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie...) and Rodez with the Soulages Museum, Lake Pont Salars, Pareloup...

Fully equipped 28 m² studio.

Pleasant and bright studio of about 28 m², on the ground floor of our house. It is quiet on the garden side. Very easy to heat in winter, and cool in summer! We have a dog, very nice, but he will be locked up so as not to disturb your arrival. The mattress and bed frame are new, the bed will be made, bath towels are provided. Parking is available nearby. Parking is available in the yard while unloading/loading your belongings.

This cozy and fully equipped apartment is perfectly located opposite the Montbazens market square(busy street during the day). It offers easy access to all amenities (parking, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants, etc.). Montbazens is a dynamic village next to the medieval village of Peyrusse le Roc and Bournazel and its magnificent castle. A 30-minute drive away, you can visit Belcastel (plus Beau Village de France) and Rodez.

I welcome you to Montsalès, a hilltop village with stunning views of the surrounding area, a stone's throw from the Lot Valley and the Way of St. James. This typical Quercy house, over 200 years old, is a small haven of peace, ideal if you want to relax in peace, away from the city and adopt a simple lifestyle focused on nature. Montsalès is full of small shaded hiking trails that I will show you.
