Pleasant and bright studio of about 28 m², on the ground floor of our house. It is quiet on the garden side. Very easy to heat in winter, and cool in summer! We have a dog, very nice, but he will be locked up so as not to disturb your arrival. The mattress and bed frame are new, the bed will be made, bath towels are provided. Parking is available nearby. Parking is available in the yard while unloading/loading your belongings.

It offers easy access to all amenities (parking, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants, etc.). Montbazens is a dynamic village next to the medieval village of Peyrusse le Roc and Bournazel and its magnificent castle. A 30-minute drive away, you can visit Belcastel (plus Beau Village de France) and Rodez.
