Montauroux, a hilltop village in the Var between the sea (Cannes, St Raphael) and the mountains (Préalpes d'Azur). The apartment is completely separate from our house with a large, fully private terrace. Lake St Cassien is within walking distance. For your comfort we provide free bicycles, a swimming pool (unheated 12 m x 5 m), a motorcycle/bicycle garage, a treadmill and a summer kitchen. Shops 1 km away. An outdoor 7-seater jacuzzi (not usable in winter) and bowling alley

Studio with independent entrance and private garden and view of terraces planted with olive trees. Duplex, the bedroom with a double bed to the south overlooks an unobstructed view with pool and hills of the Pays de Fayence. In the living room, the sofa is convertible (comfortable for one person but small for two). Family present in the rest of the house with 2 children, 2 cats and 1 dog. Parking is available in the garden. Not accessible for people with disabilities.

Stayed here for a week in August with my wife, 8 year old son and parents. We had an excellent stay, Marc and his wife were exemplary hosts, extremely prompt in replying to communications, before and during the stay. They met us at the property and were very patient with our limited french, showing us everything we needed to know to utilise all aspects of the property. And what a place - modern, spacious, and quiet with a fantastic pool, our son rarely got out of it all week! The location was great in a rural town 45 mins from Nice, which we visited along with Monaco (1hr or so away), then returned to the property to relax and enjoy a bit of the local vino. I would highly recommend this property, for a relaxing holiday and look forward to returning in the future.

As a family of four including teen/tween, this was perfect. Magnificent quirky house with ample amenities. Sunshine or shady areas. We LOVED the pool- good size to rack up some mini lengths. (Just to note- water depth could be an issue for little ones or non swimmers ) House is amazing. Beautifully curated- so much to admire. Lake St. Cassien was such a surprising treat. Loved the pedalos and lake swimming. Located close to supermarkets. It would be easy to stay very local as all you need is in the house. Local area is charming. Hosts were welcoming and on hand. Best holiday experience we have had. Highly recommend. The house lives up to (and beyond) the photos. Also, On arrival, We were greeted with local rose which was welcomed! Very well located apartment in the heart of the village and very nice and functional. Christian is very attentive. It was perfect.
