Our house is close to the sea, beaches and the bus stop, where you can catch the bus that takes you to Playa Blanca in 5 minutes. It is the perfect place for relaxing holidays for couples or families with kids, and a wonderful temperature also during winter. The outdoor patio is well protected against the wind. The house is fully equipped with TV, WiFi, barbecue, heated swimming pool, and furnished as comfortable as possible, as this is where we spend our holidays, when we come to Lanzarote.

Villa El Faro se encuentra en la zona de Pechiguera, a solo 300 metros del mar y de un paseo marítimo en el que podemos disfrutar de maravillosas puestas de sol. A solo 2 minutos en coche se encuentra una pequeña playa en la que está el Chiringuito Tropical famoso por sus paellas. También en esta playa se ubica uno de los centros de submarinismo de Playa Blanca. La casa también está cerca de la playa de Flamingo, que cuenta con numerosos restaurantes.

The holiday home "Villa Tania" boasts an excellent location in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, and it is the perfect accommodation to enjoy a relaxed holiday by the sea. The 110 m² house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a bar and a dishwasher, "3 bedrooms (one with a queensize bed, one with a double bed for 2 people and a single bed, one with a double bed), as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people.

A tranquil salt-water pool is framed by a palm tree and six sun loungers, each adorned with turquoise cushions. Lush greenery is visible along the perimeter, while light clouds drift across the sky in the background.
