Had a wonderful stay at this seaside apartment. The view and soothing sound of the sea were very relaxing. Visiting in April, the weather wasn't always perfect, but access to the private beach and available equipment (kayak, surfboards, paddleboard) were a nice addition, and on a pleasant day, it was still enjoyable even in April. The apartment itself was comfortable, equipped with all the amenities necessary for cooking, BBQs, and everyday living. The flexible check-in and check-out times added convenience, ensuring arrival and departure were stress-free. Hosts were friendly, welcoming, and responsive whenever needed. L'alloggio era davvero bello, sia all'esterno per la sua collocazione nella parte più antica di Trevignano Romano, sia all'interno con un arredamento molto accogliente e rispettoso del tipo di ambiente. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort promessi e l'Host Ambra è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Lo raccomando senz'altro

Wir waren als Gruppe dort, um ein wenig Fahrrad zu fahren. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einfach ein Traum. Barbara ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und hat auf unsere Anfragen immer sofort reagiert. Leider war das Wetter nicht so gut, aber ansonsten gerne wieder.

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

Très beau logement, hôte réactif, très attentionné et aidant, répond très rapidement si besoin. Environnement calme, paisible, éloigné de Porto Santo Stefano mais compensé par une vue paradisiaque. Les très gros atouts sont le solarium, la vue spectaculaire de la terrasse, la plage privée à 1km. Malgré nos 2h de retard à l’arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marco et sa femme. Ils ont de plus accepté de venir plus tôt à notre départ pour des questions organisationnelles. Nous recommandons à 100% et nous reviendrons.

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida casa a Porto Santo Stefano e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti. La casa è moderna, elegante e impeccabilmente pulita. La vista mozzafiato sul mare è semplicemente incredibile e rende ogni momento speciale. La posizione è perfetta, comoda per esplorare la zona e godere delle meraviglie locali. Ogni dettaglio è curato e non manca nulla per una vacanza al mare indimenticabile!! Torneremo sicuramente!

Dalla finestra....il mare! Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa nell'appartamento a Cala Piccola, nell'Argentario. La location è semplicemente perfetta, immersa nella natura e con una vista mozzafiato sul mare. La spiaggia privata è un vero gioiello, con acque cristalline e un'atmosfera tranquilla. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!

Porto Santo Stefano is on the back side of an island that pictures cannot capture! Had no problem finding the location, but did need to communicate with the care taker who did not speak English. I did not expect it and with hand gestures and google translator we got the job done! The Sea is certainly the star of the house and there were wonderful masks and fins of all sizes to use to explore the sea! The pool was reachable by car but walking was a little tricky with the thinness of the road. Once arriving at the restaurant who had a fully stocked bar and then going down to the pool level there were lifeguards for the pool as well as the sea. Ample chairs and umbrellas with restroom facilities with kickboards were all available.

You will be hard pressed to find a better host! Alessandro has been a perfect host for us, always very willing to inform and give tips and recommendations. He responds immediately, so you can be sure to not be stranded waiting for assistance or answers. We stayed for one week at their family place in Monte Argentario, with the most beautiful view from the balcony. The place is a bit worn down, but we felt at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We give Alessandro our highest recommendations, and would not hesitate to choose him again.

Sehr schönes Haus in kurzer Laufweite zum schönen öffentlichen Strand. Sehr netter und immer schneller Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Lüften etwas schwierig, da kein Fenster mit einem Mückenschutz versehen ist.

This is the cutest beach house! Looks identical to the pictures. The hosts are so thoughtful about every detail and have a beautiful standard for quality and cleanliness. Our family felt immediately at home. And the beach access is incredible! It’s the perfect way to end your trip before flying out…so close to the airport! Thank you so much Sun and Sand! La casa di Alessio è semplicemente un piccolo angolo di paradiso! Le due camere da letto sono in un fabbricato separato dalla zona giorno così la mattina, per me che mi alzo sempre presto, è stato fantastico godermi il caffè nella veranda e affacciato sullo scorcio di mare che si apre dal giardino senza la preoccupazione di svegliare i miei adorati amici. E' tutto molto curato e intimo, e sia Alessio che la splendida Monica sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a settembre .La casa corrisponde alla descrizione e per noi(4 amici con 2 cani) è stata perfetta .Con 2 giardini sui 2 ingressi della casa c'è tanto spazio per tutti (animali ,bambini e adulti). Cenare la sera in veranda è piacevolissimo il tutto in una location tranquilla lontana dal traffico .La cucina è un po' sacrificata ma per la vacanza è lo stesso .La spiaggia si raggiunge camminando in qualche minuto(noi siamo stati alla Petite Europe che accetta i cani ed ha un'area dedicata. Consigliata per tutti.C'è anche il posto auto. Franco

La mia famiglia ed io siamo stati molto bene nell'alloggio di Giovan Battista. Lui è stato molto preciso e scrupoloso, ci siamo sentiti ben accolti e la casa è dotata di tutti i comfort. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. La Maremma è un posto speciale che abbiamo sempre amato, la zona di Talamone offre quei paesaggi belli e ancora naturali che noi ricerchiamo qua. Il mare vicino a casa è poco frequentato, a piedi, con una breve passeggiata, si può arrivare ai resti del tempio etrusco del Talamonaccio e godersi il panorama sulla baia. Speriamo di tornare presto a respirare un po' di quell'aria bella pulita e profumata. Grazie ancora a Giovan Battista e la sua famiglia per l'accoglienza.
