Lake/Ocean Seasonal Rental

My place, adjoining the owners' house, located in a large wooded garden is 10 minutes from the great lake of Maubuisson, 15 minutes from the Ocean and close to the Medoc vineyards. For the months of July and August a minimum of 2 nights is required . It includes an equipped kitchen living room, a bedroom with 140 bed one bedroom with 2 beds of 90, a closet in each. Outdoor terrace of 8 m2 with garden furniture sheltered from a blind. Washing machine room, outdoor games for young and old.

Two swimming pools, one 30 meters and one heated 300 meters on foot, tennis courts, beach volleyball, and free city stadium. Sheets provided, no towels. Cleaning to be done at the end of the stay.

Charming wooden chalet of 70 m2 for 5 to 7 people (ideal for couples with children), on the ground floor with adjoining terrace, on fully fenced and shaded grounds of 3000 m2. 1 km from the center of Vendays-Montalivet (shops, restaurants...) and 7 km from the ocean beach (10 minutes drive ; also accessible by bike via bike path). Lake or ocean swimming, forest hiking or biking, sightseeing and tasting in the Chateaux du Médoc… and many other activities.

Fully fenced garden – Secure 8.4 x 4.1 m private pool – TV – washing machine – dishwasher – internet – microwave. 1 adult bedroom and 1 children's bedroom on the main level, bathroom with shower, and separate toilet – 2 independent bedrooms on the ground floor (2 140 beds), 1 terrace overlooking the forest.

Chalet of 28 m ² certified two stars, understanding(including) a cooking / room to be eaten of 22 m ², room with bed of 140, room of bath-toilets as well as a mezzanine of 12 m ² with two beds of 90 and a terrace of 20 m ² understanding a garden table, deckchairs, a plancha. The swimming pool of the owners is in free access as well as a petanque field, an outside table-tennis table, a gantry and a barbecue.

City cabin 60 m from the beach, air conditioning and parking

This all-wood and renovated cabin is located in the center of Lacanau Océan and only 60 m from the beach. Its location will allow you to do everything on foot or by bike. It has free parking, air conditioning and wifi. Check-in and checkout times will be determined more precisely. Linens and towels are an additional €15 to be paid on-site. A deposit of €100 will be required on site for cleaning.

Wi-Fi, no parties allowed equipped kitchen, shower room, toilet, 2 bedrooms upstairs, covered terrace, garden furniture, BBQ. Ping Pong, darts for safety, there is a pool in a photo, but it is not included in the rental, no bed linens, towels Cleaning is your responsibility

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It's a 3-star rating! It has 2 separate bedrooms (140 x 200 bed) and a solid wood mezzanine (140 x 200 bed). The kitchen is open on the living room & living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and an outdoor barbecue completes! 2 terraces are available including a semi-covered one. WC and shower room are separate.

46 m2 cottage, with enclosed garden, in a quiet area on the edge of the forest, close to the village, the lake, the bike path and a few km from the ocean. Everything is done for your convenience. I offer the evening meal, breakfast or brunch in my veranda where I created a friendly space dedicated to my guests.(Rates displayed in the small house)."
