Vacation rentals with a pool in Montalcino

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Alexandra's place is a great location to relax and enjoy peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed taking country road walks, lake side and hill top towns. All very nearby. Alexandra was very helpful and accommodating.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful home 10 minutes from Orvieto. Even better views than the pictures online. Nothing says Italy more than looking outside and seeing grape vineyards all around. The host, Piero, was very kind and the wine from his estate (available for purchase at the house) was terrific.

Very nice place with a great view, very quiet and relaxing. The apartment was clean and cozy. The only inconvenience were the squeaky doors.

We had a wonderful stay with our two kids, the games room, pool and forest kept them entertained so we could relax, and we all enjoyed the beautiful Tuscan landscape and dinner on the terrace. The property is ideally situated to explore nearby sienna and Florence. Martina is a fantastic host, made us feel welcome and provided everything we could have needed. Highly recommend.

An incredible home, beautifully designed and restored. Rob and Illonka were both friendly, fun, and very caring for us. They came to help us when we had car trouble and always gave us fantastic recommendations for everything from parking lots to wonderful restaurants. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. There are plenty of towns and cities close by to visit, our favorites being Assisi, Gubbio, and Perugia. A car is a must, and this home has cylindrical stairs, so not good for anyone wobbly on their feet.

This home is the epitome of a classic villa in the chianti region. Lecchi is very a small village that is walkable to a market, bar & cafe, and one of the best dinner spots we visited in our entire trip to Italy - the Malborghetto restaurant is a must! We rented a car for this week of our trip, and would highly recommend doing so. There are many nearby villages with great trattorias and shopping options - and gorgeous views everywhere you turn. Casa di Lyndall is a roomy, well appointed home with all the amenities you could need. Very clean, and very comfortable, and the view out the front windows is beyond compare. Lyndall was very responsive and provided us with excellent recommendations of things to do during our stay. Clementina greeted us when we arrived and was so sweet and helpful. There is nothing we would change about our stay!

Il Paluffo is a magical gem. Traveling with three kids it is always hard to find a location that fits everyone, let alone is magical. Il Paluffo is that and more. If you think the photos are magical, wait until you experience it in reality. Absolute serenity in a stunningly beautiful location. We visited Tuscany between Rome and Venice. It was a perfect order, allowing us to unwind from the hustle of Rome. I believe I took a two hour nap outside after we arrived! We walked around the vineyard. The kids loved to visit the chickens. Claudia was so kind and helpful. She arranged a Vespa and wine tasting tour, and we had pre booked a cooking class (held on site at Il Paluffo’s kitchen, for just our family). Memories that will last us a lifetime. Our room was so beautiful and cozy and had so much space for all of us. The beds were very comfortable. We slept so well. Not enough words to say how special this property is.

Thanks for a fantastic few days Massimo! I don't think we could have picked a better place for our Tuscany holiday. The view of the valley was beautiful and the apartment was the perfect size for us two! The cooking class was amazing and we really loved the wine tasting at the local wineries as well.

We loved staying at the Santa Lucia Farmhouse and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting this region. The property itself is incredible. We loved the sunsets over the Tuscan hills and hanging out near the pool during sunset gave us incredible photos of the sun reflecting off of the water. We loved walking outside of the property to explore the beauty along the road as well. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen is new and has everything you need to cook from home. The views from each window were beautiful as well. Francesca's recommendations in the guidebook were very helpful too for days when we went out into Asciano or the towns nearby. We visited Siena and Arezzo during our stay and had a lot of fun exploring these towns and then coming home to the peaceful farmhouse. Also notable is that Francesca made the check-in process super easy with short videos of how to get inside the property. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, Francesca!

Our family had a fantastic time at Paolo's podere. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for a family of 4; the backyard and pool area were fantastic for relaxing, and we barbecued multiple times during our stay. Would definitely return and recommend!

We absolutely loved staying here! Monica and Renato are amazing hosts and were great with giving us recommendations. The apartment was extremely clean and well stocked — even the walls looked fresh and squeaky clean. This place was a great base for day trips to local hilltowns like Cortona and Montepulciano. We were very comfortable and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great countryside stay.

What can I say, Marian and Luca were more than helpful. We would just like to say thank you again! The word no was not in their vocabulary. We felt completely comfortable. We had such a wonderful stay—truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever experienced. The space is beautifully finished, incredibly well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches. We especially loved the surprise treats like fresh bread, jam, eggs, and pasta—such a warm and generous gesture. The setting was absolutely magical, with breathtaking views, peaceful birdsong, and ever-changing skies. It was exactly the kind of escape we were hoping for. Based on the previous wonderful reviews of Antiqua degli D’ulivi, a year ago we booked a three week stay in the outskirts of Cortona in Pergo. We had our kids, grandkids and dear friends with us and as we drove through the gates into the Villa, we entered a magical place filled with generosity, laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, a refreshing pool and golden light. Massi was always there to help us with any questions we had and refill our olive oil bottle with the amazing green liquid made from his olives. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch with his family and they also were such giving, lovely people. We learned so much about Italy and Tuscany from them: porcini mushrooms, Perugia soccer teams, local markets, hot springs near Montepulciano, nearby restaurants, vineyards, hikes and more. We highly recommend an extended stay at this Tuscan home—we were so fortunate to experience it for three glorious weeks. The memories will be long lasting and always treasured. Mille Grazie to Massi

Great holiday typical Toscan atmosphere.I strongly recommend,

First of all, I need to say we had a wonderful time here. The house and the location are more than we could have imagined. To wake up in the morning and see hares and deer in the garden, as the mist rolls over the hills, well.... you understand why Tuscany became a cliche. It's exactly what you see in the photos, what you'd expect, and then a whole lot more. The hosts were very helpful, and very quick to answer questions and queries. And the area is sublime. The house is tidy and spacious and great for a large family, or even 2 small families. One or two things you should be aware of. First off, the house is literally off the beaten track. Waze sent us the wrong route, so I'd recommend using Google Maps. Second, you will need to stock the kitchen. There's literally nothing - no olive oil, salt, coffee, nada. And to be honest, why should there be? There's supermarket 7 minutes away that has almost everything you'll need. But overall? Perfect. We're already planning to go back.

We had the most amazing time at Chiara’s place!! She was a spectacular host and everything was beyond perfect!! Chiara went above and beyond with every little thing and it couldn’t have been more amazing or special. She is friendly, kind, warm, thoughtful, funny and genuinely caring. Stunning home in the middle of a lovely vineyard (Probably one of the best homes on AirBnB). It's even more beautiful in person - full of art, thoughtful design/luxury finishes, and Tuscan charm. Highly reccomend!!
