I stayed at Jean Claude's place in Chianciano Terme and was really impressed! The place is clean, cozy, and nicely furnished. Jean Claude is extremely kind and helpful, always ready to offer suggestions on what to see and do in the area. The location is perfect. In the historic center of Chianciano Terme and a short distance from the thermal baths, making it easy to access the main places of interest. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chianciano Terme. I'll be happy to come back!

Spacious, bright and cozy apartment right near the historic center of the village, close to a great restaurant, easy to find. In front of the apartment there is a square where you can stop to unload your luggage and in the vicinity there is free parking or the garage of the small condominium (which is accessed with the house keys). No less important is the presence of the elevator. Kitchen equipped with every comfort, including dishes, a pod coffee machine, jams and rusks. Clean and well-kept bathroom with window, towels, shower, shampoo, and a room with clean and comfortable sheets. A real luxury!

Giovanni's living space is really very special. If you want to immerse yourself in bygone times, you will feel wonderfully at home here. We enjoyed it very much and felt very welcome. Thanks for having us!

Very nice place. We may have underestimated the isolation of the site, increased by the poor condition of the roads. This significantly increased travel times. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and with the pool and sun it must be magical , a haven of peace after a day of sightseeing! Don't hesitate to contact the managers, they are very responsive. We had a heating issue without daring to report it... pbl settled the day before we left. A destination to recommend to nature lovers without teenagers... no WiFi in the property.

Great accommodation not right in the historic center of Castiglion Fiorentino but well served by car parks even if the private parking has a closing bar and we were not given the pass so impossible access after 8:30 p.m. Clean, tidy and comfortable accommodation. Two things to do, only one roll of toilet paper for three guests and therefore a supply would have been desirable, limited number of sugar packets, some of which were already open. Only one sachet of freeze-dried coffee already open and only two pods available for the coffee machine. We were three guests and only two beds prepared but sheets available in the closet. For the rest, everything was fine. Too bad we didn't find the owner on arrival, the human relationship is always better than finding a box with the key.

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable apartment, in one hundred in Bagno Vignoni. The directions provided for arrival, as well as where to park, where to eat and useful information about the stay were very convenient. The apartment is very large, cozy and well cared for. We'll definitely be back:)

I stayed for 2 nights with my girlfriend , comfortable apartment, very sheltered area and easy communication with the Host who was immediately available. Highlight the terrace outside with the table where you can eat outdoors in total peace of mind.

I would recommend Orvieto to anyone and this little house was an absolute gem, ideally placed and really ideal for a getaway. We definitely wish we had stayed longer☺️

We were thrilled. Guido was our host, he helped us with tips what to visit, where to eat, where to go. House is just perfect.. Private and nobody around. We will definitely come back.

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Ideal place for someone who choose silence and calmness. Dreamed place for someone like us who set big price for nature/being able to reset mind and totally chillout. Area is situated far from the road and there is only a sound and smell of nature. Thats how we imagined Toscany - winery, cyprysses, wild environment and all far from loud city. Swimming pool was extra addiction which helped with high temperatures and also added prestige to the object. Access to activities/sightseeing around is very suitable - you have more than 8 different places to visit which takes almost whole day each. This object beaten up our expectations - it’s so so impressive - we will definitely come back. PS. We were with our 16months old daughter - she was happier than we could imagine. Totally recommend, Szymon and Justyna.

The place was sparkling clean and really nicely decorated. We always had a parking space right in front of the house and if it was taken elsewhere, Sabrina informed us immediately. Sabrina was generally very communicative and friendly and very eager. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation.

There are no better views in Siena as this is possibly the highest flat in the city. Windows on three sides with fantastic scenery out of each. The flat has everything needed for a longer stay. The walk up to the door and the stairs inside could be difficult for some. Good water pressure and fine heat. Come for the views, stay for the life in medieval Tuscany.

Nice cool place for spend vacation here. Very nice and peace. Everything is great, Amenities and room. One of my favorite decorations.

We stayed from Thursday night until Sunday after lunch at this fantastic farmhouse nestled in the hills outside Siena. Alessandro welcomed us with enthusiasm (he even greeted us with a bottle of wine) and was always very helpful and apprehensive during our stay. The apartment exactly reflects the photos: cozy, comfortable (especially the bed, very comfortable!) and extremely clean. Perfectly equipped for cooking, the only attention is to ask Alessandro for Wi-Fi because it was difficult to connect (it was not interested in us in the end, but asking him to definitely solve it) The apartment is located in the hamlet of the Villa di Monteriggioni and the road to get there is a little rough (but perfectly reachable also thanks to Alessandro's precise directions, attention only to the slightly bumpy road, but driving with caution you can arrive without problems) Definitely recommend!

Very nice location, essential but functional. Great convenience to have the option to use the restaurant (with prior reservation). Suggestions for improvement, more equipment in the kitchen (cutlery, bottle opener were missing, nothing that couldn't be found after reporting), the bed pillows were quite uncomfortable. We'll be happy to come back
