Vacation rentals with a patio in Montalbino, Milan

Arianna was so helpful and friendly, the apartment was spotless it’s felt like home from home. Yes there is a building work going on and you can view that from the balcony but dont let that put you off inside the apartment you can not hear it and they stop around 5pm and the Milan skyline view is bar far the best time of day. Easy instructions and so helpful when we asked questions, would love to stay again when we come back to Milan. The apartment was safe for toddlers and the entire complex was fantastic for toddlers and secure.

Apartment is really beautiful and modern. There is great pizza place literally across the street. 10min from metro station Corvetto. Salvatore is a great host; responded on all our messages and questions very fast. Definitely recommending this amazing place! 😀

Well appointed. Clean. Spacious. Excellent in town location. Can walk to many of the tourist sites. Close to restaurants and grocery. Metro outside front door.

Great accommodation in the heart of Milan! The apartment was super clean, modernly furnished and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was perfect – lots of attractions, cafes and public transport in the immediate vicinity. Check-in went smoothly, and the host was friendly, easy to reach, and quick to respond to messages. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back. Absolute recommendation!

Ernesto was an amazing host.. very friendly and helpful in giving us instructions on how to get to the city center and even explained the security measures in place and where to find additional parking if needed and much more. Super Host and the place was clean and very comfortable.

Jacopo is a great host, super responsive and on top of everything. Home is small, but detached from the main building, which is something we were looking for. Nice neighborhood, next to One of Milan’s best parks and great access to public transportation.

Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations, and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). The stay at Chiara's apartment was very good. The location is great and the apartment very cozy. Unfortunately, the neighbors had a music event and the first night was not so relaxing🥴 Otherwise, however, it is very quiet. We will definitely be back to this apartment!! It was a great place to stay. Everything was excellent. They provided many small appetizers as well. Lastly, host was super friendly and helpful.

We were very warmly welcomed by Nicola. Everything went smoothly and easily. The apartment was in great condition and the neighbors were very friendly. I would love to be a guest at Nicola's again when I'm back in Milan.

My father and O were traveling together and we rented this Airbnb to avoid the cost of two hotel rooms. I LOVED the beautiful glass room kitchen!! Was such a peaceful place to have a morning coffee. They were very accommodating about our arrival time which was extra wonderful! The furniture is a bit old and simple (folding chairs around the kitchen table, stained chair in the living room) but for the price it was an excellent option for us and we really enjoyed it! Location is wonderful tram runs regularly (though seemingly on a schedule of its own) and we could walk to duomo in 25 min. I ran In the park each morning and the water pressure is lovely. Look it’s not a hotel, it’s perfect for traveling with two people who want their own space. Only one bed would be usable for a couple honestly so 3 people in beds is realistic. Has an elevator Excellent AC Over all we loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone coming to Milan!

Very cozy and spacious space, good value for money. Alexandra is very responsive to all the questions I have. The location is convenient - though not walking distance to the more “touristy” spots - it has well connection to both the Duomo area and Navigli via tram 1 and 10 respectively. The Arco della Pace area and chinatown are all close by, offering a lot of dining options. Recommended!

Paolo’s place in Milan was in the heart of the most beautiful neighborhood in Milan. The home was absolutely charming and had everything we needed. I am scheduled to stay there again and I look forward to it. I highly recommend this lovely space. Paolo was a great host and the home is in the prefect spot for visiting Milan.

This place in Milan is perfect for an overnight stay near the train station, and also a great base for a longer stay to explore the city. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating of our late check in. The place was well set up, clean and tidy.

Perfect apartment for a stay in Milan, the location was excellent being across the road from the metro and main train station. The apartment was easy to find thanks to the clear instructions and had everything you would need for a few days in the city and as a bonus the bed was SUPER comfy

Fabio was very friendly and easy to contact, and he was very thoughtful in taking care of us, such as contacting us when we were having difficulties during the check-in process. Also, the supermarket that was open until late at night was 1 minute away, and it was in a very convenient location to go to Central by tram right from the house. I felt safe because it was a college town, and it was nice to be able to see the Saturday morning market open in the alley right next to it. The house was also very clean! I recommend it👍

If I could give the host and this place more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! The space was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped. It felt bright and welcoming, and we genuinely wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend Fabio’s place!
