Vacation rentals with a patio in Metropolitan City of Milan

Lovely stay! The home had everything you could need, was extremely clean, and extremely close to the tram. We could travel within milan easily! Thank you

I had a great stay at Roberta’s. It was just like the photos and very clean. Had everything I needed a lovely peaceful space to relax in after a day exploring the city. A 2 minute walk to metro which took you straight to Duomo and central station so an easy location to explore from.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, looks exactly as the photos and had great communication from hosts. I can’t recommend enough- perfect location with a metro system but also a nice walk in to the centre should you wish Everything was perfect!

The apartment is in a strategic location a stone's throw from the metro, very fast for the airport, a stone's throw from the San Siro stadium, a stone's throw from the racecourse and a stone's throw from City Life. Nearby, there are bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, and everything that can be useful for your stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, Davide the owner an exquisite person who welcomed us with all the possible care and kindness. Check-in and check-out was very easy. We will consider staying here again if we return to Milan.

We stayed 4 days in Milan. The apartment is located near the Navigli district. Tram and metro are a 5-minute walk. Ideal is the parking spot in the underground parking lot. We felt very comfortable with Paola immediately. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and very clean. It is very quiet, although it is only a three-minute walk from the Navigli district.

We stayed at Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: welcoming, chic and designer apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel at our best. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations, and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). We have no complaints to make as Marco offered us more than we expected! A huge thank you, you made our stay even more unforgettable. We'll be back for sure! THANK YOU!

The stay at Chiara's apartment was very good. The location is great and the apartment very cozy. Unfortunately, the neighbors had a music event and the first night was not so relaxing🥴 Otherwise, however, it is very quiet. We will definitely be back to this apartment!! Everyone was perfect. The location of the place is amazing, 20-min walk to the city centre and to the main train station. The place is clean, has a really nice view and is in a nice neighbourhood. Also, Stefania is a wonderful host and is a really approachable person. Highly recommend, 10/10!

Paolo’s place in Milan was in the heart of the most beautiful neighborhood in Milan. The home was absolutely charming and had everything we needed. I am scheduled to stay there again and I look forward to it. I highly recommend this lovely space. Paolo was a great host and the home is in the prefect spot for visiting Milan.

Laura and Simone's apartment scores with a really good location. You can quickly reach the metro or the lively Navigli district. We especially enjoyed the small, charming terrace in the green backyard – perfect to start the day with an espresso. The fold-out sofa was surprisingly cozy for a sofa bed, which allowed for a pleasant sleep. Communication with Laura and Simone was always excellent: very friendly, quick and accommodating. A small point that bothered us personally was the very strong perfume smell of the towels and linens. In our opinion, less fragrance would have been more. The garage is also quite narrow, which should be noted. With our Skoda Octavia, getting out was already very tight. Despite these small comments, we had a very nice stay and can definitely recommend the accommodation for a trip to Milan.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

I felt comfortable as if I were in my own home. It was incredibly clean. The bed was very comfortable, I loved it. It was very tidy and beautiful. Everything was great. I now have a house in Milan. Thank you for everything 👍🙏🥂

The apartment was conveniently located near Milano Centrale. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see in Milan. If you’re not a walker, the metro is very close. There were also plenty of great restaurants, cafes and rooftop bars nearby. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Being able to close the shutters on all windows made it very quiet and dark for a bit of a sleep in. Best of all were the views from the terrace. We loved our stay.

This was the end of a 22 day trip for us with 7 Airbnbs on our itinerary. Gemma’s was among the top favorites of my husband and I. The tram is just steps away from the apartment and it’s close to a grocery store. We were able to find free parking- sometimes very close to the apartment and sometimes a little bit of a walk. We loved the back patio and spent a fair amount of time drinking coffee out there. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the bathrooms too. I would highly recommend this apartment.
