Charming furnished studio adjoining our house but totally independent, classified 2 stars, 30 minutes from the Puy du Fou and 1 hour from the beach. A double bed on the mezzanine. Independent entrance with living room, sofa bed with a real mattress for 2 people and television. Just behind a kitchen with stove, sink, toaster, normal coffee maker plus Senseo and microwave and mini oven as well as a table. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. The house is located on the banks of Sèvre Nantaise at the foot of Tiffauges Castle. We rent out part of our house that we have made independent. The accommodation includes an entrance hall, a veranda, a studio (with a bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen and bathroom), a laundry room, a pleasant garden 20 m from the house: between shade and river! Many walks await you whether you like hiking, running, trail running or mountain biking.
