Monthly Rentals in Montagu Beach

this was a great accommodation for my monthly stay in Nassau. the location was convenient, the rooms were neat and clean (very large bathroom)! and the complementary car was needed and appreciated. there are surrounding rooms on the property that are cleaned on a rotating basis, so there is movement and energy on the property during the day sometimes. otherwise, peaceful and perfect to spend time outside around the garden. the kitchen was a tad small in this unit since I was cooking often, however all appliances (cooking plate and fridge) were very appreciated. lastly, the cost of the car is an investment (as mandatory insurance is needed). budget accordingly. Megan and the property manager are welcoming, caring, and responsive and I thank you for a great stay.

At Silk Cotton I had an impeccable experience. The amenities provided were exceptional and the service provided by the guest service rep Paul was extremely helpful, inviting and informative. The gym space was always available and clean, as well as both pool areas. Silk Cotton offers more than just a nice place to stay, but one to live at. As their fruit trees and garden are accessible to guests for all purpose use providing a sustainable on property farm. Furthermore their guest services area is normally open 24/7 and provides a shuttle service for getting around the island. I had the liberty to use a designated area to propose to my girlfriend, now fiance, and she truly enjoyed the surprise and reveled in our time spent here. Comfortable beds and an immaculate space with great landscaping. I'd recommend SC for any traveler or resident willing to take a weekend getaway from busyness to their serene and peaceful environment. 10/10 to Silk Cotton

This was a great place to stay and it's in a quiet neighborhood. Brent and Genese were awesome hosts, great people, very friendly, and easy to communicate with. I went out Brent to a flag football game and a BBQ restaurant and had a great time just hanging out, talking, and he showed me how to get around Nassau. This shows me that there are still good people in this world. The next time I visit Nassau, I know where I'll be staying and it will be with Brent & Genese. Lyn

We loved this air b&b and it really started to feel like home! It’s very clean and it has almost everything you need. The room was very comfortable and has all of the amenities such as toaster, towels, snorkel, wifi, washer/dryer on site, etc. There are residents in the building that were very nice. The area is about 15 minute drive to downtown and the fish fry. The location was perfect for us because we prefer the quiet/calm setting, but we were close enough to check everything out. It’s a 1 minute walk to fort Montague beach. The beach has trash just like every beach where people frequent, but a local crew comes out to pick up. (Everyone who visits should do their part too). The water is crystal clear and we saw marine life. The locals were so welcoming and kind. We made a lot of friends and there’s a great beach bar right on fort montague called Mr. tropical. The owner is the most awesome guy. T was so helpful the entire time and responds quickly. Thank you for letting us stay!
