The apartment was impeccable, clean and with everything you need, including some complimentary details (coffee, tea, bottle of wine...). The accommodations that have been made in the house have achieved very good results. The area where it is located is very quiet, although the narrow streets make it difficult to reach by car. The rooms are enough for about 6 people with spaciousness. There are three full bathrooms. And a terrace that, in good weather, goes very well for eating, sunbathing or barbecuing. The host, Priscille, very kind and always ready for what was needed. In sum, very good option, a few kilometers from Beziers.

The penthouse is exactly as pictured, beautiful, large and in a very peaceful environment. We had a great time, there is plenty of room to be perfectly comfortable for 9 people. The location is perfect, quiet in the heart of nature, and close to many places to visit.

A charming home with tasteful and super well-equipped decor. The garden/terrace area is very nice with the hot tub. It feels like a vacation home. Great stay at Emeline and Nicolas's place, we didn't spend pleasant moments with friends either outside in the pool, on the terrace or inside in the large living room where we were able to enjoy an air conditioning that was not refused in it's hot weather, as well as many board games that were available, it was really cool!

A very nice and charming house in the middle of the village surrounded by vineyards. Quiet area to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The house had everything you need, it was clean and in perfect condition. We enjoyed 4 days as a family as if we were in our own home. Great communication with the host with the host! From booking to departure, everything worked great and uncomplicated. Marie goes to great lengths to provide the guest with a great experience. Everything was as described in the photos and nothing was missing. Communication was impeccable and very fast. To mention as a real highlight is the Jacuzy on the private private terrace. The place is also great for dogs as it is quiet and everything is fenced. We would book and recommend this location again anytime!

The place is like new, and we greatly appreciated the air conditioning and the enclosed garden in the shade of olive trees. Big plus for us: that the hosts accept dogs. The studio is well located for discovering Herault.

Mr, Philip is very kind person and we enjoyed a lot at his house. beach view and near by restaurants are plus. he is quick and responsive. I like the beautiful plants and artistic view of him in designing small decorative things. we will visit again for sure. Vacation apartment matching the photos, with the little extras that make a great stay. Jean Philippe is very proactive and allowed us to enjoy the place. And the cherry on the cake is Veronique who helped us a lot, coming to see us to answer our questions, he is adorable.

A super relaxed stay in a direct beach location (separated only by a road). The beach was expansive and the sea very clean and perfect for bathing - even with young children. Amenities of the apartment were very good and the sea view from the terrace, kitchen and living room perfect.
