Upon entering there is a kitchen, living room, bedroom, toilet and then a staircase leading to the floor where there are 2 attic bedrooms and a shower room. It is located close to the sea 8 km away and in the quiet of the countryside, less than 1 km from a large shopping area, the city center is less than 3 km away. 1 hour from Carcassonne 1 hour from Spain. You will find basic products to start your stay. The apartment is non-smoking.

My place is less than 100m from the beach. The sea view is exceptional from the spacious terrace facing south and equipped with a large electric blind. You will appreciate my accommodation for its ideal location very close to shops and restaurants in the city center and yet quiet. A room upstairs can accommodate 3 people . A click in the living room allows 2 extra beds. The bathroom and toilet are separate. There are 2 sun loungers .
