C'est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre toute l'année, avec sa vue imprenable et son salon cosy avec cheminée. Il a été rénové, en juillet 2016, à un niveau élevé, avec le confort de nos clients comme priorité. Accès facile aux fantastiques stations de ski de La Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et à 30 minutes en voiture du spectaculaire lac d'Annecy. J'ai hâte de partager mon beau chalet avec vous.

Comprising two independent bedrooms, one on a mezzanine under a sloping roof with reduced height and a master suite on the garden level accessible only from the outside...no access from the inside. Covering an area of 65 m2 it has balcony terrace with sauna, WIFI , electric heating . Garden with long chairs and barbecue. Outdoor Spa open all year. It is available in all seasons to enjoy the pleasures of the mountains .

At an altitude of 800 m, at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, it is located between Lake Annecy (15 min) and the Aravis slopes (30 min). In a quiet and charming village in the Chamonix Valley, our chalet is south-facing with views of Mont Blanc. All mountain recreation is accessible in winter and summer within 15 minutes. The larch chalet has all modern comforts with its stove and the gentle warmth of underfloor heating. The modern kitchen is open to the warm and sunny living room. 4 bedrooms including 2 master bedrooms with bathroom, 1 bedroom for 1 couple and 1 bedroom for 3 people.

Le Flocon de Cristal is located in the heart of Combloux, ideally situated less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Megève, with a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. Departure from the slopes of Megève (Princesse) or Combloux (La Cry) only 5 minutes by car. Free shuttle at 150 meters walking distance. Its Wellness area, with Sauna, Jacuzzi, gym and Home Cinema, will make the happiness of athletes and less sporty people.

Facing south, it enjoys beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cozy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is both sporty and relaxing, close to amenities. Although located next to our house, the vacation rental is completely independent and private.
