Our Scale

A wonderfully bright house, renovated in 2023 to a holiday home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farmhouse with new elements as a new kitchen and bathroom. Mobile Air conditioning on the 1st floor, fan on the ground floor. The house is at the edge of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will find peace, nature, water and the beautiful countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Welkom bij Kingfisher Cabin! Kom heerlijk ontspannen in onze geheel gerenoveerde cabin, omgeven door prachtige natuur. De cabin staat aan het begin van ons erf, gelegen aan een doodlopende weg. De cabin ligt geheel privé met een eigen ruim omheinde tuin. Om af te koelen tijdens de zomerdagen, kan er gebruik gemaakt worden van ons gedeelde zwembad met terras en prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving. Het dichtstbijzijnde dorp Saint-Saulge ligt op 1,5 km met een supermarkt, bakker en café.

Our Tiny House is located at the border of the National Park Du Morvan. A beautiful quiet area, with lots of hiking and cycling paths. As well we are offering a great work space with excellent WIFI inside and outside the accomodation. It's located in the old orchard next to our house on 700m² privat ground. We build it in 2017 almost entirely of second hand materials. We purify our waste water ourselves. Partly because of this, we use ecological wash and cleaning products.

Very quiet setting close to the Merle, Baye and Vaux ponds as well as the Nivernais Canal and Morvan Regional Park where all kinds of activities are available to you such as fishing, water sports, swimming, hiking or biking. The proximity to the Etang requires us to discourage this rental for families with young children. Please note, we do not provide linens (bed sheet, towel...).
