Delphine’s gîte in Boissay was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. After two years of touring Europe our stay at the property was everything we could have hoped for. Delphine is both attentive but inconspicuous. We loved the peace and quiet and the property has everything you might need - being very well appointed. What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

What a beautiful house this really is such a peaceful little cottage in a such a peaceful town . 5 friends stayed here on a biking trip and it was home from home . Would definitely come back again and couldn’t recommend enough Géraldine was always at hand and got back to me within a few hours and explained everything perfectly Thank u very very much

We had a pleasant stay in the cottage! We had to heat up in the fireplace but everything was available and clear explanations to be able to do so. The kitchen has all the necessary condiments and appliances (except the oven not working) to cook. The bathroom is clean and functional! The room is just as clean with good bedding. The surroundings are very beautiful to see, an immersion in the countryside and in the owners' nursery. We were able to use the barbecue with the tools and charcoal available. The setting is really beautiful and allows you to decompress. We had privacy even if there are farmers who can come for the fields nearby. Finally, the view of the lake is very pretty and relaxing and our hosts are very welcoming and willing to discuss the estate, the surroundings and places to visit!
