Anne et Nicolas sont des hôtes très charmants et très accueillants, communication fluide. Delphine’s gîte in Boissay was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. After two years of touring Europe our stay at the property was everything we could have hoped for. Delphine is both attentive but inconspicuous. We loved the peace and quiet and the property has everything you might need - being very well appointed. It’s away from the hustle and bustle and gives you absolute peace and quiet. Just what we were looking for. Thanks Delphine 🙏🏻

C'est une maison très agréable, bien équipée et accueillante, on se sent comme chez soi. La région alentours est très belle.

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

What a beautiful house this really is such a peaceful little cottage in a such a peaceful town . 5 friends stayed here on a biking trip and it was home from home . Would definitely come back again and couldn’t recommend enough Géraldine was always at hand and got back to me within a few hours and explained everything perfectly Thank u very very much

Maison agréable, bien chauffée, pouvant accueillir plusieurs membres d’une famille. Bel espace vert, environnement très calme et bien reposant. Hôte bien réactif, échanges très cordiaux.

Petit logement au calme et propre. Il correspond au descriptif et il y a de la place pour ce garer. Brigitte est réactive et très accueillante. Je recommande vivement

Nous avons passe un agréable séjour dans le cottage ! Nous avons dû nous chauffer au feu de cheminée mais tout était disponible et les explications claires pour pouvoir le faire. La cuisine est dotée de tous les condiments et appareils nécessaires (sauf le four qui ne fonctionne pas) pour faire la cuisine. La salle de bain est propre et fonctionnel ! La chambre est tout aussi propre avec une bonne literie. Les environs sont très beau à voir, une immersion dans la campagne et dans la pépinière des propriétaires. Nous avons pu utiliser le barbecue avec les outils et charbon à disposition. Le cadre est vraiment beau et permet de décompresser. Nous avons eu une intimité meme si il y a des agriculteurs qui peuvent venir pour les champs aux alentours. Enfin, la vue du lac est très jolie et reposant et nos hôtes très accueillants et qui discutent volontiers du domaine, des environs et des endroits à visiter !
