Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Mont Boron, Nice

We had a wonderful week. We loved the peace and the lovely town of Tourrettes sur Loup. The shops are just a two minute walk from and we really enjoyed the little shops, the bakeries and the nice restaurants.

Our stay was fantastic! Aurelie was responsive and proactive! It has been a real treat!

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. Thank you Rutger and Elaine for your great communication and hosting.

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

This has to be one of my favourite Airbnbs!! And I've stayed in many! It was perfect for the 4 of us. It had everything we needed and more!! It was so comfortable and we felt right at home. We loved the balcony and sat out there every morning to have our breakfast. It is only a short walk down to the beach and lots of restaurants, but was lovely and private. Best of all though was our hosts - Babou and sisters Marion and Fred are wonderful, warm, friendly people. They went above and beyond to help us out and make us feel at home. I honestly cannot recommend this enough!! We want to go back to Villefranche Sur Mer just so we can stay there again!

We absolutely loved our stay in Grasse. The house is stunning and stocked with everything we needed and the views were unbeatable. It was very spacious, well maintained and beautifully designed. The driveway is steep and winding, but we were able to manage in our SUV. We would absolutely stay again.

Catherine is a wonderful host! This place was perfect for a family of four and the view was stunning! We spent a lot of time - morning and night - on the terrace embracing the view. Everything we needed was supplied, including a fridge outside - that helped tremendously and allowed us to eat breakfast and dinner at the house. Catherine checked on us daily and gave us great recommendations to restaurants and ice cream shops which were delicious! A grocery store isn't far from the house and there is a path (short cut) that cuts down the time if you want to walk. Remember, you are carrying items uphill on the way back! It was a little chilly for the pool while we were there, but in warmer weather - what an addition to your trip! Not a far drive to Nice or Monaco! Thank you, Catherine and Sergey!

Nice little house over two floors. One small and one large terrace with dining table and a gas-free one. The kitchen is practical and has all amenities. Enough cleaning supplies on hand and also some herbals, oil, tea and coffee already. Plenty of towels and a nice practical bathroom. Located in a quiet residential area. Communication with Anthony was good and we were even able to check in a little earlier than the normal check-in time.

We had a pleasant stay. The flat was spacious and functional . We had no issues with noise, and the balcony was nice to have coffee in the morning . There was a bakery close by that we bought croissants each day . It was the perfect size and glad we chose this location . The host responded very promptly . Also closing distant to metro , and easy walk to the beach

Jose and Christiane were always so responsive and their place was amazing. A perfect home away from home and easy to travel from there to visit all the beautiful places around.

Absolutely incredible experience! I can only recommend this Airbnb! Also the hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and super understanding! The Airbnb is so beautifully decorated and located right in the center of Le Cannet. We absolutely fell in love with that small city and airbnb, it felt straight out of a movie, super romantic!

The apartment is a real find. Everything was perfect: clean, cozy, stylish and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. I felt at home from the first minute. Location is super: everything is nearby, convenient and easy to get to any part of the city. The host is responsive and polite, responds quickly and helps with any questions. Words cannot express how wonderful Ibens villa is. If you’re not just looking for a place to lay your head, but for an authentic French experience, this is the place. Not only is Iben warm and friendly but the apartment is beautifully appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Iben has poured her heart & soul into her little haven and it shows. Special touches make the space feel like a home away from home. We loved our stay and were so very sad to leave. Book… you won’t regret it!!!

Great stay for the final two nights of 10 day trip across France. Great location in Nice - we had wanted to stay in the old town or near the beach but end up liking this neighborhood much better. Perfectly located near the train station, and the neighborhood felt very safe even when busy and/or late in the evening. Parking was a little difficult but maybe because it was free the day we arrived; we circled the neighborhood for quite a while (you can’t drive close to the apt to drop off). Interior was nice, terraces were great, and the A/C worked very well. We would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location in Cannes, walkable to the sea and shops nearby. Perfect for a large group (9 of us) and the flat is extremely well stocked with all the essentials. Remy has also been great and responsive to any questions we had before we arrived. Thanks so much for a great stay!

We visited Olivier for the second time and felt completely comfortable as a family of five. The villa is well maintained, clean and well equipped – from the kitchen to comfortable beds to bathrobes and terry towels. Olivier is a great host: always available, quick to respond and very friendly. The complex is beautifully and quietly located and immediately invites you to relax. Highlights for our children: the pool table, the hot tub and the basement with table tennis, table soccer, fitness equipment and more. Also practical are the washing machine, two showers and two toilets. Three restaurants (including 1 pizzeria) and a bakery are within walking distance. We thank Olivier for the wonderful time and highly recommend the accommodation – we'd love to come back any time!

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

AMAZING ! this place was better than the pictures - the most beautiful place i’ve stayed ! inside of house has plenty of space really clean comfy beds ! outdoor is idelic clean pool, huge garden space and tranquil surroundings. we got buses into town its self - bus stop very near the house and about a 40 minute drive on bus. The hosts were amazing very good at communicating and replying to our messeges always happy to help, very accommodating. 10/10 experience thanks you so much

A stylish home being made better all the time. A lovely house with a huge garden area that always had sun or shade. And a proper big bed - essential! Communication was very easy. Located only 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Vence. A good choice.

Small accommodation ideal for couples wanting to enjoy the varied possibilities offered by the region and also rest in a quiet and serene place. We would recommend this place. Very good communication with Ot and Michel.
