Really enjoyed my stay! The flat was really nice, clean, sunny and near to a lot of restaurants and the old port. The little desk area was really handy for working. I felt that I had everything that needed for my 10 days stay. I will definitely try to come back.

This apartment was, by far, the most incredible Airbnb rental we have ever rented. We are seasoned travelers, and the serenity and views from this flat, though in a bustling area, were more breathtaking and peaceful than we ever imagined. Our goal is always to find the best view and this did not disappoint —you will not want to leave (even for dinner)! This is the premier location in Nice to be near the old town area, but also closest to the sea. Having three balconies allows you to bring the outside in, but you are high enough from the street that the traffic never posed an issue; I napped in the living room in the afternoon sun while being lulled by the sound of the waves below. It’s a memory I will always cherish. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment, making for a very peaceful sleep. This apartment is top of the line in finishes and amenities—the kitchen was fully stocked (but who wants to cook on vacation?). Leo and Romain were always responsive! Book this flat!

Lovely apartment in a private part of Villefranche. Delia was very quick to respond to any questions. Beautiful balcony with port views. Could sit there for hours! Nothing against the property or owner but would suggest either having a car or using taxis as very hilly with suitcases to walk. Would definitely recommend!

This is such a gem of a place - Valerie is exceptionally responsive and made it so easy. I got the tram all the way to port lympia, and the apartment is just 5 mins walk away. It’s in a cool part of Nice and right next door to a natural wine bar and local antique shops. Recommend renting e-bikes - great way to get around. Valerie was so helpful and welcoming and the apartment is very quiet and such a find! I’ll definitely be back! Thank you so much Valerie.

Lovely place with stunning view. Christophe was very helpful, anticipating our needs. Villefranche-sur-mer is a quaint little town with lovely little restaurants. The house is well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. A bit of traffic noise from the nearby street. A great stay! Thank you Christophe.

The place is great, excellent views and spacious enough. Well equipped kitchen and two lovely balconies. Location is great, walkable to key areas in Nice and away from the crowds. Christine and team were very responsive throughout the whole stay.

Excellent stay in this apartment ideally located next to the port, restaurants, sea and promenades. The apartment is very quiet and nicely decorated. Recommended!

Great spot! View is spectacular, deck amazing and the place is very comfortable. Heads up to North American travellers - we read 3 bathrooms, but this was actually 2 bathrooms to us. Great walk down to the train and town.

We had a wonderful stay at Davids Studio. We felt incredibly comfortable from the very first second! He has thought of EVERYTHING in his studio!! This was one of my best Airbnb experiences to date - the apartment was very well furnished and decorated, had all the necessities as well as more, like: beach towels and a beach umbrella, clothes drying rack, and a heated towel rack! The skylights in each room were also a nice touch. I looked forward to coming back every day. The hosts were very responsive and even helped us carry our luggage up the 4 flights of stairs. The location was also great - walking distance to many delicious restaurants and Old Nice.

From Nice airport - quick easy 10-15 minute walk to St Augustin station . Direct train to Beaulieu Sur Mer which takes another 15 minutes. We would recommend getting a taxi to the accommodation on arrival as it is a 20 minute uphill walk. Be sure to ask Horace for the PIN code to the gate before arriving. Upon arrival we were greeted by Madame Gallas the housekeeper who is amazing and really friendly . The accommodation is exactly as described with the exception of the view which is simply breathtaking. Lovely shower, comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen . The house is surrounded by private gardens and is very quiet and relaxing . We loved the walk up/down the private road to the property and only used one taxi on arrival . However, we enjoy walking so understand why some guests taxi back up the hill ! So many lovely places to eat and everyone so very friendly. This is the perfect base for exploring the French Riveria and train links are amazing . We will be returning !

Lovely stylish and comfortable loft style apartment in the heart of the Old Town. Couldn’t be closer to restaurants and the beach. Historic building and very central location so certain compromises necessary (eg no lift so few flights of stairs to negotiate and bit of late evening noise from outside) but that’s all made clear in the property description and not really a big deal. Clear comprehensive and speedy communication from host Therese at all times.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and even exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. One of the highlights was the spa bath — such a relaxing touch after long days of exploring. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay feel very easy and convenient. The location was generally good — a bit far from the train station on foot, but we took a short taxi ride and it wasn’t a problem at all. Absolutely perfect stay. From the entrance, you can feel that this apartment has been designed with care and attention to detail. It's elegant, comfortable, very bright, and incredibly quiet despite the proximity to everything. We particularly enjoyed the terrace, very pleasant to stay in, and the spa that offers a real moment of relaxation. The location is ideal, a short walk to the beach and very good local addresses. It's rare to feel so good, so fast. Laurène's hospitality was impeccable, both discreet and attentive. A very beautiful discovery that we would recommend without a second thought.

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the beauty of the surroundings, the interior is fully equipped and tidy, everything is just right, the owner replied promptly and recommended the instructions for the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are a lot of delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend
