L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

The cottage (Fully air-conditioned in both compartments) faces the Gorges d'Héric, the last property in the village. There are no guest rooms, everything has been removed, only the entire cottage is for rent. And I would like to add that the pool is private to this cottage ONLY (pool open from early May to September 15). Low season, mid-season and (high season July–August only, minimum week). New small secure garage attached to the cottage, (mountain bikes and suitcases).
