Absolutely beautiful property and absolutely STELLAR host ! Super responsive when we had questions and was more than accommodating with our service dog! Big beautiful yard and clean comfy home ! 10/10 inside and out with wonderful a amenities! Super quiet neighborhood and feels extremely safe! Board games available and a TV in every room!! We would absolutely book again for our next trip! Thank you guys so much !

Everything was wonderful.. the house, stocked well, beds were comfy, neighborhood was great. Easy to get everywhere, backyard was nice and quiet. Lots of blankets and towels which was great! Really appreciated having washer and dryer and garbage tote.

What a wonderful experience staying at Sara’s place! We stayed for 2 weeks and it provided us a comfortable and conveniently located home away from home! Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfy, and bathroom is updated. Dining room and living room areas made it so there was plenty of room to spread out. Sun room is awesome and washer/ dryer made life very convenient. Sara went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. She provided a dog bed and a crib which made every member of our family more comfortable. Throughout the stay she was extremely responsive and I always trusted I could reach her. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Sara!

Great stay while visiting our son at RIT. Our pups loved the fenced in backyard and a great and quiet neighborhood for walking. Bathrooms were especially extra clean which means a lot to us while traveling. We spent lots of time in the nice sunroom with comfy couches and privacy. Jason was very communicative. We felt right at home!

Jessica’s place was perfect for our long weekend stay in Rochester! The house was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this listing, and Jessica was super quick to respond to any questions I had.

Stayed here with a group of 5 and it was good for us. Loved being close enough to walk to lots of restaurants/cafes and in such a leafy, porch-filled neighborhood. We spent a lot of time (in June) on the porch and loved it.

We had a great stay at Amy’s place while in town for my son’s sporting event. The house is large, very clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need—it made traveling with kids so much easier. Amy was a fantastic host—she sent over restaurant recommendations before we arrived and even mailed back a few clothes we accidentally left in the dryer (so appreciated!). The location was super convenient—close to stores (Target, Dicks Sporting Goods, Wegmans), restaurants, Lake Ontario (2 miles away), and only about 20 minutes to Rochester. We visited in early April, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or outdoor space, but it all looked lovely.

We had a wonderful stay, we appreciated the quality beds and bedding, its not often you stay somewhere and the beds are more comfortable than your own. We enjoyed using the espresso machine and the fully stocked kitchen, as someone who enjoys cooking at home, she had every seasoning you could think of. We spent the days by the pool, we appreciated how private the pool area is, and how easy it was to use the cleaning robot to keep the pool clean each day. The street is very quiet and there are restaurants and wegmans close by. We cannot wait to come back , this is a perfect summer stay!

The home was bigger than the pictures made it seem. Perfect size for our family trip. Pool and outside area was well maintained and peaceful. The inside was very clean and comfortable. Beatriz was very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful! It’s a great place, and the host proactively thought of everything we might need. I highly recommend this place. Clean, spacious, well stocked with all a traveler needs. The host is really great, kind, and has great communication. We truly felt at home!

Neil's place was the perfect spot for a family reunion. The house was located within walking distance of local restaurants and shops (or a very short drive) and had a nature walking trail just down the street. Neil clearly put great care into making the home comfortable for guests. It was well stocked and appointed. When we cooked dinner our last evening, there were sufficient plates and cooking supplies - a peeler, wine opener, etc. When it rained, we enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the large dining table with a sufficient number of chairs (lots of cards games). There were plenty of rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The washer and dryer worked great and he provided the detergent. Will definitely be looking to book Neil's place in the future!

Lj's place is in a great neighborhood. Just a block off the lake and a short walk to a small park and beach. Very quiet at night. Not far from main routes back into Rochester. Fenced-in backyard was perfect for our dogs. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

We were there for our granddaughters graduation from RIT. Casey's home was ideal and she went out of her way to be flexible and welcoming. An excellent host. Thank you.

We had a great stay. The house was just as advertised with plenty of space for everyone. Cheryl was very easy to work with.

It was a lovely Airbnb…just like the pictures Depicted. It was well stocked except that you need to bring your own soap for the shower. There are plenty of brand stores on Monroe Ave. if your need to purchase anything. Location is perfect and very convenient. Will definitely return again when visiting Rochester.

This place was great. Tim thought of everything. The accommodation was very stylish and comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked and the kitchen was very well equipped. Tim provided soft drinks, coffee, a bottle of chilled wine, and bowls of snacks. The kitchen had a full set of matching flatware and nice China. There was no reason we couldn't have settled in for a long stay except that there were so many restaurants within an easy walk in either direction, from bar food and great pizza,to a very nice country french restaurant. The location was an easy drive to a beautiful grocery and having so much kitchen equipment on site you could prepare anything. The location made getting around Rochester very easy,and we were able to visit a museum, a few breweries, and beautiful homes.

Sarah was so kind and checked in on us during our stay to make sure we were all set and didn’t need anything. Place was clean and had everything we needed that was listed in the amenities.

We had a great stay. Lovely peaceful neighborhood, great for running, though I'd recommend a car for getting around (or budget for some Ubers, which worked well for us). It's a big beautiful charming old house with some quirks, but clean nicely renovated and exactly as pictured. Appreciated the homey touches of some throw blankets, coffee table style books and board games. A step above your average Airbnb. Hosts were friendly and helpful! We'd love to come back.

This was my sister and my second time staying at Roger's AirBNB. We purposely returned for the wonderful hosting, convenience, access to great parks, museums, and family nearby. This time we stayed on the first floor which was beautiful and homey. The surrounding neighbors were friendly and I loved walking my dogs and chatting with them everyday. Roger is a fantastic host - always responsive, a gentleman, and professional. He was flexible with our wish to return this year for which we are grateful. We will definitely consider returning again.

This was the perfect place to stay for a short trip to Rochester. The neighborhood is awesome and it felt nice to come back to a cozy place at night.

Melissa's home was great, all the beds were comfortable, things were as described and it worked perfectly for our family with four couples. Melissa went above and beyond. Our daughter recently had twins and Melissa went out and bought two brand new pack and plays so both children could have a pack and play! She was so thoughtful and was always very prompt in responding to any questions. We loved the charm of this older home and the fact that everything worked perfectly.

Communication was primarily with Kristina and her response time was outstanding. Very attentive- even recommended restaurants. Very happy with our stay and look forward to returning!
