This space & location were a dream! We cherished our stay. The long walking trail right across the street (leading to horses down the road), the charming, updated & spacious interior, and the sprawling yard made for a perfect space for us and our golden retriever to spend the week. Melissa is an absolutely wonderful host! Extremely responsive and super pleasant to chat with! She made herself available for anything we needed though we didn’t need anything as her place was perfect for our needs. Will be recommending her Airbnb to everyone we know who will be visiting us in our new home right down the street!

This was by far, the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at. Even the tv remotes had been sanitized and were sealed in plastic when I arrived. I didn’t have any pets with me but I was impressed that besides food bowls and the listing saying that they were pet friendly there was no evidence a pet had ever been there prior to my stay. I can’t overstate cleanliness! Hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

After a stressful cross-country move, we needed a place to stay while we looked for a house. Joanne's place was exactly what we needed. It was so quiet and peaceful, but still close to many things. It is a great location, within walking distance of the beach and walking trails. Even though it was freezing most of our stay, I still enjoyed taking walks in the woods at the end of the street. The house itself is very cute and cozy. We felt right at home. Everything was clean and stocked for a long stay. Joanne was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

The place overall was decent it looks better in person than the photos I think some people should just watch out when booking with her because she is unprofessional when it comes to communication I stayed a weekend and after checking out I reached out to her because I lost something and she stated that it was getting cleaned for the next people who were staying about two or three days later she requested $200 from me stating that it was damages done and there were no damages done. her damages were the garbage not being taken out and the dishes not being done in the house smelling like grease because I fried chicken but when booking you pay a fee for cleaning on top of she stated that I was smoking and I was not smoking whatsoever and again if she felt as if I was smoking she should have reached out that same day that we were in contact about something that I had lost there instead she waited 2to 3 days later to just request money for a damages and again there were no damages done.

Nice little house that was clean and updated. Convenient and quiet enough location. Zero complaints and would stay there again if the opportunity arises. Good value for the money.

We had a great stay at Amy’s place while in town for my son’s sporting event. The house is large, very clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need—it made traveling with kids so much easier. Amy was a fantastic host—she sent over restaurant recommendations before we arrived and even mailed back a few clothes we accidentally left in the dryer (so appreciated!). The location was super convenient—close to stores (Target, Dicks Sporting Goods, Wegmans), restaurants, Lake Ontario (2 miles away), and only about 20 minutes to Rochester. We visited in early April, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or outdoor space, but it all looked lovely.

The house was conveniently laid out for our family group. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. We had a 10 month old with us so the high chair and crib were much appreciated. Door Dash found the house easily too

Wonderful! It’s a great place, and the host proactively thought of everything we might need. I highly recommend this place. Clean, spacious, well stocked with all a traveler needs. The host is really great, kind, and has great communication. We truly felt at home!

Our family stayed here right after Christmas & not only did the accommodations fit us perfectly, it was nice to be somewhere that was decorated for the holiday. The house was of course old, but that is part of the charm. The bathrooms were pristine & the grounds were beautiful! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Martha!

We really enjoyed Casey's house. The layout of the house is great. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, and quite close to the events we came to the area for. The deck was nice. We had a great stay!

Our family (including our two dogs) had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was spacious, making it perfect for relaxing and spreading out. The location was ideal—peaceful neighborhood with convenience to the event we are attending, shopping centers, and restaurants. The host was incredibly communicative, always quick to respond and offer helpful information. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

We enjoyed it. I grew up camping in tents, motor homes and trailers, and this was the easiest stay I have ever experienced. Comfortable bed, directions for everything were clear and easy to follow. Surrounded by nature, it was easy to see the stars and the moon. A very welcome change from the malls and lights surrounding RIT. It was cold at night, and the heater worked perfectly. I enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen, knowing I could cook inside if I wished. Sandra was very welcoming to us and to our dog, and gave good recommendations for local restaurant options. We were able to have a fire in the fire pit, and really lucked out with the weather. Thanks for a very fun stay!! We hope to return in the spring!!

This is our fourth time staying at this house and it is our favorite, we come to Rochester twice a year for family gatherings, the only reason we stay anywhere else is if Ambers house is not available on our dates. Amber is a fabulous host, communicative from start to finish.

We had a wonderful stay at this home with our family of four, including two toddlers. The space was absolutely spotless—one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in—while still feeling welcoming. The host was incredibly communicative, checking in throughout our stay and providing helpful updates about the snowstorm that weekend. They even arranged for salt and for someone to plow the driveway. Every question we had was answered promptly and thoughtfully. The location was great—just minutes from the Strong Museum of Play, Park Ave, and the airport. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a pristine, well-maintained home with a responsive and thoughtful host!

I recently had a fantastic stay at Rob's place in East Rochester! He was welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process seamless. The property was spotless and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and dining options. I especially enjoyed the thoughtful amenities, which added to the comfort of my stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future!

This was our first time traveling with our dog, and Sara's place was perfect - one level, clean, with plenty of space for us to eat, relax, and sleep. Having use of the garage and the backyard was a great bonus. The home was clearly soundproofed and that was helpful also. The water pressure was very good. We didn't use the dishwasher, washer or dryer, but they were nice to have (just in case). We had plenty of towels, the beds were comfortable, and the smart TV was a pleasant bonus. I'd highly recommend Sara's place for a small family and/or those who need to bring their dog!

Quiet place with access from the alley, I was happy to be able to come back after a day out and relax and work a little bit too. I had a very pleasant stay.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Jed’s house. We had trouble with a clogged drain and Jed came immediately to take care of the problem.

We spent a whole month at Rachel’s place and we didn’t want to leave! The sound of the water in the morning, the sunsets, the private pier… it was all amazing! The bathroom stole the show with the unique shower and the great bathtub. Loved every soak! The bed was also extremely comfy and the fireplace made it extra cozy. I was able to work peacefully in the space and felt very at home. Wifi was very reliable! The added bonus of the available kayaks was so fun! Time on the water was precious and well needed. Rachel was very on top of things and very pleasant to work with. 10/10 would stay again!
