Private suite vacation rentals in Monroe County

We’ve used many Airbnbs in the Rochester area for college visits and my husband and I have declared this our favorite. Everything thing you need is in this space and more. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, yet not far from everything in the Rochester/Henrietta area. Lots of coffee and things to drinks on hand. We ate out but there are lots of kitchen staples too. I maybe can’t even quiet put my finger on why this was our favorite; some places just give a feeling of peace and comfort and this stay did that.

We had a great stay. My son and I stayed there the night before his RIT orientation. It was very quiet and peaceful. Although it was just the two of us, the place could easily sleep 6. Although they live upstairs, they made every effort to make it feel like your own private apartment. I paid much less for much more than had we stayed at a hotel. I would stay there again if the opportunity were to arise.

Gina is very responsive, and her place is as described—even better in person. It is very comfortable and homey. The kitchen is a plus; it allows me to cook home-cooked meals for my son, who is in college and wants home-cooked meals desperately. The place is not just clean, it's immaculate, and she has items available that a person might need but forget when travelling. This is my second time staying at Gina's; as long as her place is available when I travel to Rochester, I will stay there each time.

As always, our stay at Karen's was wonderful! She's an amazing host, and her kitty greeter is such a joy to see as we pull into the driveway. Karen is always responsive and attentive, and we feel right at home as soon as we step inside. Thank you so much for being such an amazing host!

Bridget’s home was so cute and every details was so thoughtful. We pulled up to the beautiful grounds and into a parking spot with our name on it. What a warm welcome! Inside the rooms were nicely decorated & so thoughtfully appointed. Every bed had a nightstand or thoughtful place to charge a phone or place little things at your bed side. Each bed had lots of corresponding towels in different colors making them easy to tell apart! What a great idea! Ample closet space to hang your clothes and lots of hooks & pegs on the wall to hang extra stuff like towels, bags, coats & keys. We were in town for Thanksgiving with families so we didn’t really use the kitchen, but it’s spacious and comfortable with a table that seats a crowd. The back door overlooking the green rolling Hills was so inviting, even though it was too cold for us to go outside. I've stayed at Gregory's place about 5 times and each time is the same. Quiet, clean and easy to get to. It's super close to everything you would need and the surroundings are really nice. The Ms PacMan game in the room is super addicting so when you have free time with nothing to do, settling in to play a few games is perfect! Gregory is responsive and his place is always kept nice and clean. I will be staying there again on my next trip up to Charlotte, Rochester. Thanks for everything Gregory!

My teenage son and I stayed in Rachel’s apt for a couple days. It worked out perfectly for us. Everything was just as described. It was clean, quiet and comfortable, in a nice residential area. Bed was very comfy too! We felt at home there and would definitely come again. Thanks Rachel!

We were very happy. The place is lovely, very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. It was cozy and perfectly located for our visit with our daughter at RIT. We appreciated the snacks and coffee supplies!

Great private en suite in a nice neighborhood. Very quiet and perfect for my 2 day business trip. I never met the host but the host was very responsive to any questions and it was easy to self check in.

Laureen’s place was fabulous and in a great neighborhood. Felt really safe. The apartment had almost everything I needed, and what I didn’t have Laureen was willing to get. She also has a beautiful deck that is open to use. Felt very comfortable, satisfied, and well accommodated.

This apartment was a great stay in an excellent location in Rochester. the apartment itself is very well stocked with any kitchen amenity you could dream of, in addition to plenty of other household amenities (laundry detergent, extra towels, etc.). Cheryl was a kind and welcoming host. the location is excellent -- within walking distance of several feet coffee shops, restaurants, and museums. The only thing worth noting here is that there is no kitchen table or seating area in the apartment. This is clearly evident in the photos, but something worth noting, especially if you need some sort of WFH space.
