Vacation rentals with a patio in Monroe County

The place smelled so good and was so clean when we arrived. Check in was quick and easy. The view from the balcony is amazing and the location is perfect. So many good bars/restaurants in walking distance we didn't need to take a lyft/uber hardly at all and it's really close to the airport. The host's communication was great and she was really helpful any time we had questions. Would definitely stay again.

Great apartment! Great location ! Easy access and quite hotel. Cynthia was very reactive to answer our questions or to get us additional towels or fix the dishwasher. The apartment is pretty new and very comfortable. I definitely recommend the place and will come back !

I would definitely stay here again. The garden oasis was everything. Easy to come and go with gate & door codes. Unit is modern and clean, love the shower. Easy to catch ride-shares anywhere. Close to Wynwood. Thank you!

The house was perfect for our journey. We attended a wedding and the venue was 10 minutes from Emerita's, this is why we picked this neighborhood. The house was very clear and very spacious. She left snacks, coffee, sugar, even a bottle of wine for us which we did not use but it was very appreciated. The house can sleep 12 people very comfortably. The neighborhood is not noisy.

Belle responded within minutes of any questions. This home is in a safe walkable neighborhood and extremely spotless. Belle! We’ll definitely be back.

I landed a lil earlier than check in time and I messaged the host and ask if I can check in a lil early and she accommodated me the earliest she could. The place looked exactly like the picture, very clean and everything we needed. Places was really close by to din, neighborhood was very quiet and clean. This place is a great place for families. All ages can enjoy this neighborhood. It’s close to everything, but it feels cozy.
