In 13 minutes you are walking distance from the Kiellinie and in 5 minutes from the center of the lively Holtenauer Straße. Parking around the house is usually easy. Otherwise, there is a parking garage within walking distance on Holtenauer Straße. Bakeries, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, pharmacies, drugstores in the immediate vicinity. The swimming area of Westensee can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The Baltic Sea beach in Kiel-Schilksee is 27 km away. Your electric car can be charged at the wallbox.

The apartment has been newly renovated and is in an attractive location. It is only a 10-minute walk to the water (Kiel Fjord/Kiellinie), a supermarket (Rewe) is around the corner, parking and a bus stop are right in front of the house. With a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon and co.)PlayStation 4, fully equipped kitchen and cozy ambiance, you are in good hands even in bad weather. A sofa bed will be delivered in the next few days.

The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We try to keep the apartment beautiful and modern all the time.
