The apartment is located 10 minutes from Joigny, so very convenient and offers peace and quiet due to its location and layout. You will have everything you need during your stay in the apartment with the possibility of having a small outdoor area in case of good weather ;) The apartment is warmly decorated to feel like a cozy little cocoon as soon as we arrived. The living room and living space are great for enjoying a space for (games for children, sports for the bravest... or just for socializing). I had a great month-long stay at the apartment offered by Daniela and Davy. This is a real cocoon in the heart of the city center. The apartment is perfectly clean and equipped, the layout is optimal and the decor is very pretty. Daniela and Davy are very warm and attentive hosts. One-night family stop during a bike ride along the Burgundy Canal. We were able to store our bikes on the terrace. Spacious, clean and well-equipped.

Charming house tastefully decorated and very well equipped: functional kitchen, small touches in the bathroom, nice bedding. We were able to enjoy the large garden, the ping pong table, the garden furniture. Perfect for a family vacation! Our hosts were very responsive, always available if needed. We strongly recommend!

Very good stay at Ana's! Great house with room and good amenities, it was cold but the stove kept us warm. Our host was very responsive and gave some great information for discovering the area. I would highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay at Johanna's, the 2 bedrooms separated by the living spaces allow everyone's privacy even if the bathroom and toilets are shared. This "atypical" accommodation is cleverly furnished. The outdoor terrace protected by vegetation offers an appreciated privacy. The proximity of the village of Noyer, accessible on foot, is a definite asset for this accommodation. Finally, communication with Johanna was particularly easy and she was very accommodating about the check-out time.

The loveliest people and such a beautiful place. You can easily travel to beautiful towns and countryside, but you are just as well staying and relaxing in this gorgeous gite. I would definitely stay again. It is even nicer than the listing.
