Very good stay with Franck, the accommodation is very clean and 2 steps from the city center. The outdoor space is nice too! Franck is a perfect, pleasant and very responsive host.

Very nice house with a huge outdoor space. We came with several couples of friends and their children for my 40 years and we had a lovely stay. Romain is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend if you want to enjoy a quiet moment in the greenery. Big +: 10-15mn walk away are very good shops, bakery, butcher and cheese shop 😁

We had a weekend with friends and everything was perfect, the house is great, accessible, complete. The garden is great, the barbecue and the covered outdoor lounge are big pluses. We highly recommend Vaugermaine's place!!

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay over Xmas and new years. Wonderful hosts who are very helpful and attentive and the house is lovely: we loved the fireplace in particular. Great closed garden for the dog to play along a very quiet road. If you’re looking for a quaint stay in a quiet setting, this is perfect!

Great weekend in a truly exotic and peaceful setting! The accommodation is very pleasant to stay in, well decorated and above all very functional with quality amenities: the BBQ and dishwasher were particularly appreciated by our group of 8. The view from the garden is beautiful, a real plus for relaxing. A few points to note: there was a little dust in some corners of the house and the oven was not very clean. The common areas were correct. Regarding the pool, even though the weather probably wouldn't have allowed us to use it, it would have been helpful to specify in the listing that it wasn't available at this time of year. Finally, the configuration of the toilet integrated into the bathroom made access a little complicated for a group of 8. Despite these few remarks, we had a great time and really enjoyed this place where you feel cut off from the world without missing anything.

Very pleasant stay with the nice weather as a bonus. Big home, spacious . Auxerre at 10 mins. Shopping district 10 mins walk. Fenced grounds and ideal for our doggies. I would recommend this quiet house as if well displayed. Looking forward to coming back.

The cottage is ideal if you are traveling with a baby. Everything you need to take care of your little one. Communication with Sylvie also went very smoothly!

Very nice New Year's Eve in the warm atmosphere of this house, including its large living/dining room and pleasant Lights. Frame/decor: ++ Cleanliness: ++ Amenities: ++ Bedding: + Notas: - Slightly noisy heat pump for one of the double bedrooms on the ground floor (winter) - Long fixed bench for one side of the long living room table: for agile guests. The other side of the table has chairs.

We had a great Easter weekend at this place. We were 6 adults and 1 child. We found this place quiet and relaxing, we were able to walk around the village and enjoy the calm that prevailed there. Everything is as described and what is posted on the listing. We were received with a warm welcome and clear instructions and a preview of the place. Very good location and very nice house. I would 100% recommend this place.
