Fabio was very kind, helpful and considerate. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen is equipped and has a fridge (with freezer), stove and microwave. There's all the necessary dishes. In the two very large rooms there are plenty of towels and blankets available. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and shower products. There's really nothing missing. Fabio is also always available and reachable. It was a very pleasant stay!

We had a great stay at Gianluca's place. It was lovely from start to finish, we met his brother-in-law for an easy check-in, had access to an immaculately clean flat, and access to a lot of amenities when not exploring the surrounding cities. Thoroughly recommend!

Very nice place - a villa located in the countryside. The apartment is spacious and contains a mix of modern equipment and beautiful old furniture. We didn't meet the owner but he was available on whatsapp and was very responsive. Great stay!
