We stayed nearly two weeks at Simons property. Let’s start with the outside, the swimming pool is superb - a great size, very comfortable sun beds, two huge parasols for some sun protection and a lovely view over the fields beyond. Lots of pool toys available in ‘the cave’ Inside, master bedroom has one of the most comfortable beds we have ever had. A really spacious room with a lovely bay window with some spectacular sunsets. Kitchen has all the essentials you need and more! A decent sized dining table inside (and one outside) Upstairs our son was extremely comfortable in a full sized cot and lots of toys to play with! The bathroom is perfectly fine, an unusual bath but very clever with the limited head room! Endless hot water. All in all a fabulous stay and Simon was responsive to all our needs and a special thank you for arranging to send a laptop I left behind to our home address. Do not hesitate to book here!

perfect accommodation as described. warm and spacious house. very quiet area. we were not able to take advantage of the swimming pool being in the middle of December but, it must be very pleasant in summer with the adjoining garden. i thank Julie for hosting us and for being responsive. We had a great holiday at Sylvain's house. The villa is comfortable and conveniently located for visiting the area. The pool and terrace are awesome and can withstand the warmth of sunny days. Sylvain is a very attentive host who makes every effort to make sure the stay goes smoothly.

This home has a wealth of services that make your stay unforgettable. For adults, the spa, the outdoor layout, the kitchen and the installation. Sono and TV are amazing For children, trampoline, scooters, board games, books, video games, darts... In four days, we found the stay too short!! Toulouse is right next door. Very clean accommodation. Extremely well-equipped kitchen with dishes and utensils of all kinds. Presence of basic things such as salt, oil, paper towels, household products... The beds were made on arrival. Parking space in the garden and parking nearby. Very quiet neighborhood. Lovely garden. Although living above the accommodation, Michèle is extremely discreet but available whenever it is needed. Despite a small domestic accident, beyond our control, Michèle was very understanding and warm. We thank him for that! Listing worth recommending.

The apartment is very clean, well-equipped and very well located for visiting Rodez and its museums without taking the car. We really appreciated that Christel was there to welcome us and give us all the necessary information and advice to visit Rodez. Parking the car is not a problem (right at the foot of the apartment) Rodez is a beautiful city, its museums and in particular that of Soulages are really worth seeing. I would recommend it in a second!

We were very well received by Max and had a great time in Albi! The apartment is ideally located for visiting the city. Bright, comfortable and very well equipped, it has a magnificent view of the roofs of Albi and the cathedral. Basement parking is a real plus. Marie and Max are charming and caring hosts.
