Had a great stay at Chiara's apartment, local to some really nice restaurants and within walking distance of the beach. Apartment was clean and as described, would definitely stay again, Chiara was very welcoming and was at the apartment waiting when we checked in, always helpful and responsive when messaged. The stay was great, and Rolf is great! He accompanies us at check-in and check-out, in addition to giving all the necessary information. It was excellent, and it has a large parking lot inside the property that is excellent for those traveling by car. The place is close to the historic center and has a great location, and the entire tour can be done on foot for those who like to walk. I loved the stay.

Alessia's apartment is perfect! The proximity to the center, the sea and the services makes it ideal for a stay in Viareggio. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are also comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with every accessory…. I would definitely go back.

Milena and Massimo went over and above, for our stay. Excellent knowledge, they were happy to share. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The R&R was just what we needed in a wonderful home. They helped us out with a USB socket and and charging cable and the sparkling wine was a lively suprise. Maybe a Bluetooth speaker would be a good purchase for your home for some soft evening music. The location of the accommodation is very central, everything is within walking distance. And walking right in the bathing suit to the bathroom in the sea is already a luxury. The rooms are rather dark, the feeling of being a little like being in a ship. Fabio communicates reliably and emphatically.

We were warmly welcomed by Angelo. He provided us with many useful tips around the area and was always accessible and also on site. The apartment is very quiet. It's a perfect place to relax. The pool was fantastic and the garden was very well maintained and you could relax wonderfully. We loved the waterfall nearby. By taking a good bath. You absolutely need a car to get to the nearest village. From the apartment to La Spezia it takes about 1 hour and to Pisa about 1.5 hours. We felt very comfortable.

We only stayed one night so didn’t get to explore the area but it was beautiful country and had restaurants and grocery near by. Hosts were very sweet!!! Very much appreciate the coffee pods and tea.

This was our favorite Airbnb yet! Rosanna and Salvatore were so kind and communicative. They met us at check in, showed us around the apartment, and gave plenty of recommendations for our stay. This Airbnb was a DREAM. The views are unreal, and we loved the ability to sit in the sun or the privacy of the shade in the garden. We spent many hours watching the sea and the amazing sunsets. It was so clean and smelled wonderful on arrival. Cannot say enough good things. We cannot wait to book it again!

Miriam and Roberto considered every detail—from the super comfy beds to the warm welcome. It's perfectly located near the central station, making it easy to catch trains to Cinque Terre. Miriam communicated promptly and warmly, offering helpful local tips. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. Despite our early morning checkout, they came to see us off and even drove our heavy bags to the station—such a kind gesture! Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends. Incredible host and an incredible place to stay. The views were unbeatable and such a great way to get away from the hustle and bustle of big cities. This was ideal for me and my husband! The host was so sweet and offered us some fresh lemons and oranges from her tree and the place was stunning. We also ate at the local restaurant and played tennis early morning at the neighborhood court by the sea and loved it. The house is a bit of a trek from the train station by foot (lots and lots of hills and stairs)—this was doable for us since we’re big hikers to begin, but if I came back with my parents I would definitely have to get a car to drive to the property rather than walk. Overall, lovely place to stay!!

Stefania’s place is a truly hidden gem! This apartment is exactly what you need for a luxury relaxed weekend just a short bike-ride from Forte dei Marmi city center. My friends and I spent there few days to celebrate a hen party and we couldn’t ask for anything more. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ask for; there is coffee and snacks, and it was spotlessly clean! Also Stefania was so kind to leave us fresh croissants outside the door for both mornings we stayed there, a really nice gesture. We asked her to manage a late checkout and she let us stay until 3pm, so we could enjoy the typical Forte dei Marmi Sunday market and an amazing lunch by the seaside. So this is definitely the right place to book!

Anna place has a stunning view. There is lots of stairs but worth the exercise. Her apartment is prefectly sized, and has everything you need. Shes a great host who answers all of our questions and helpful if needed. This is our second time staying at her apartment. If we go back, we will certainly stay there again .

The apartment was spotless , clean and very nice decorated, everything worked perfectly. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen and a beautiful living room to rest on returning. Close to everything , good location Just to emphasize that the area maybe at night is a little unsafe. Otherwise , it's highly recommended .

Valeria's place offered everything she promised. The pool was still in operation at the end of October and we were able to go swimming. The hot tub was preheated and we were able to use it right away upon arrival. Clean apartment entrance directly from the terrace. We are happy to recommend the place and will gladly book an overnight stay again if the opportunity arises.

Perfect location and amazing views of the Vernazza and the sea. Very quiet; never heard neighbors. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the balcony so much! Marta was so quick to respond to our questions. I highly recommend staying here!!
