Lake house vacation rentals in Mondsee

Constanze's spacious lakeside home was a gem of a find! An idyllic location; gardens leading down to the jetty & lake ; amazing views across to mountains; excellent scenic walks to either end of the lake; train station 5 minutes walk away with regular, reliable service to Salzburg & elsewhere. We made the best use of this beautiful house & location & the wood burning stove was very much appreciated on the cooler evenings! Constanze was a great host, was there to meet & greet us & with excellent communication via phone too & we have no hesitation in recommending her lovely home.

Nice apartment near lake side. Really worthy. Can walk around all beautiful surroundings. Would like to come back.

Check-in went smoothly, communication was pleasant and the house + garden were very charming and clean.

I had vacation here with family in May. This place was beyond my expectation. Inside the house we had everything we needed. Outside the house there are gorgeous views, bike, grill, boat. Host is very nice and friendly, he took us from train station and back on a car. Also there is a far farm on the oposide side of the road with cows, hourses, goats and lovely dog. We had a very great time here.

Everything about this place was perfect! Conveniently located next to a cute cafe that served breakfast early. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The bathroom was very nice and staff were very helpful and friendly!

The house is very comfortable, but more importantly provides a genuine Austrian experience. The interior and furniture is comfortable and authentic. it is situated directly on the lake walk. we enjoyed seeing cows outside the window, and snow capped mountains. This is an area of Austria you should not miss!

We didn't miss anything at all. The comfort offered on site is truly exceptional and makes the stay extra special. Hot tub and sauna offered perfect opportunities to relax. We will be happy to come back! Many thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful stay! Anneliese was very friendly and accommodating. The house offered plenty of space for our group of 10, exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and also well suited for larger people. Only the kitchen equipment was a bit spartan, but that didn't affect our stay. We will be happy to come back!

In all of my travels, this by far has been one of the very best experiences. The wonderful hosts, Martin & Karin are the most responsive, hospitable, accommodating and friendly hosts I’ve ever dealt with. The house is a traditional style home fully equipped with all amenities. It’s spotlessly clean and situated in a peaceful street with amazing views of the mountains. Bernhard was a very good and friendly host. The self-check-in worked smoothly. Bernhard was absolutely reliable for questions. The apartment exceeded our expectations, especially considering the size and is a great starting point for excursions towards Salzburg and the surrounding area. For visitors with smaller children, it is worth noting that the sleeping area is designed as a gallery. This can be seen from the photos, but we were kind of surprised - but definitely positive in our case. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked for our needs, we were also very pleased about the Nespresso coffee machine and corresponding capsules (guest gift). The accommodation was a good base for our wonderful holiday.

The location of the house is very nice, there is a shopping mall next to it, the host is warm and polite, I highly recommend it!

What a wonderful view around this apartment. The apartment definitely met our expectations. It was sparkling clean and everything we needed was present. Comfortable, cozy house, fully equipped, an excellent choice for a large company. The ski resort is 20 minutes by car. Sandor is very attentive, always ready to help and answer questions. We really liked the wine cellar. It was nice to receive 2 bottles of wine as a welcome gift. Thank you very much Sandor, we recommend staying in your house
