La casa si trova in un contesto non residenziale molto naturale e tranquillo. C'é un giardino con barbecue comune ai due appartamenti. Nel giardino ci sono tavoli e divani ad uso esclusivo. La villa é al piano terra ci sono 10 gradini per salire dal parcheggio (privato)

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in shopping centre, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning
