A historic residence within walking distance of the Sentiero degli Dei in the small village of Nocelle, a hamlet of Positano, in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, 8 kilometers (5 miles) from the center and the hustle and bustle. From the local bus stop, you climb 100 steps to reach the property, which is surrounded by nature. As you walk along the access road, you will be enchanted by the scents of the vegetable garden that borders it, the breathtaking view of the coast, and the vibrant colors of the surrounding area.

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

Villa Laura is located in the hearth of Montepertuso , 15 minutes far from Positano and 5 minutes walking from bus stop , there are stairs to reach the B&B. In this villa you can feel home , relax in our beautiful private garden and Jacuzzi in the apartment. We have 2 bedrooms + comfortable sofa bed in the living room , 2 bathrooms, big fully-equipped kitchen with big living room. Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
