Depuis l'appartement d'Alessandra et Jul, j'ai pu passer un magnifique séjour au cœur de Palerme. L'appartement est parfaitement fonctionnel, confortable, bien décoré et bien rangé. J'ai reçu de nombreuses recommandations de la part de mes hôtes, qui se sont en plus montrés extrêmement sympathiques et gentils avant mon arrivée et tout au long du séjour. Il y avait de nombreuses adresses et recommandations dans le Airbnb. Alessandra s'est montrée très gentille en me donnant toutes les recommandations dont j'avais besoin, et en me permettant de profiter au maximum de mon séjour à Palerme. Merci pour tout, j'ai passé un moment exceptionnel :)

One of my favorite airbnb stays! Our host communicated clearly with us in advance. He arranged transportation that dropped us off right at the apartment. He met us there and showed us around the apartment and gave us helpful hints and suggestions. He even went over and beyond and left us a special gift as we were celebrating our anniversary. We had our young children with us who also loved their room. The location was AMAZING! walking distance from major sites: Quattro canti, palazzo dei normanni, palermo cathedral, ballaro market, and teatro massimo, as well as walking distance to the train station if you need to take a day trip. despite being in the center of historic palermo, it was tucked away, so it still was quiet and peaceful. The streets leading to the appt were safe, even at night. I would 100% recommend this apartment, and hope to return in the future.

Het appartement is heerlijk. Je zit heel centraal maar toch heb je een prive buitenruimte waar je heel fijn kan zitten. Instructies om bij het appartement te komen konden niet beter. Hele fijne aankomst en de zekerheid dat je altijd met vragen bij je host terecht kan en snel antwoord zal krijgen. Enorme aanrader!

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning apartment in Palermo. The interiors are beautifully decorated with classic Italian elegance—ornate ceilings, antique furniture, and artistic touches everywhere you look. The grand piano and harp were unique additions that made the space feel truly special. It’s a perfect blend of comfort and charm, with plenty of natural light and tasteful details. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Palermo in a refined and atmospheric setting.

Spacious apartment in an excellent location within walking distance of centro strorico and all the main attractions. Access to the apartment is easy with a convenient lift for those who travel with small children and pushchairs. Francesco is a great host, friendly, responsive and very communicative. Lots of local tips for eating out and places to visit around the city. Relatively easy on-street parking with free options also available. Overall a great stay and would come back again!

Sandro has great hospitality and passion. He gave us amazing recommendations to restaurants, supermarkets and places to visit. It certainly made us enjoy Palermo even more. The apartment is a piece of art, full of antiques, very clean. If we would to visit Palermo again is Sandro’s apartment would definitely be our first choice again.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Renatos Wohnung. Man spürt viel Individualität und Persönlichkeit. Vor allem die Terasse mit dem tollen Blick haben wir geliebt. Kareen und Cornelia

Il soggiorno è stato ottimo, Giorgia è un host fantastica, sempre disponibile e cerca di risolvere qualsiasi problema nel migliore nei modi. La signora Cettina è adorabile e la casa è proprio come descritta. Consiglio vivamente!

Roberto ist ein toller Gastgeber, er ist sehr fürsorglich und hat uns super bei allen Fragen unterstützt. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist in einer Traumhaften Lage, auf jeder Ebene mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Highlight ist der Private Zugang zum Meer. Der Pool bietet alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Parkplätze sind im Grundstück vorhanden. Wir hatten einen VW Bus, ein Motorrad und ein kleines Mietauto dabei. (und Mountainbikes) Die nähe zum Flughafen war für uns sehr praktisch, weil wir mit der ganzen Familie dort waren und unsere Kinder zu verschiedenen Zeiten angereist sind. Ein eigenes Auto ist notwendig um Mobil zu sein. Für uns war es perfekt weil wir ca. 50 min ins Kletterparadies San Vito del Capo benötigten und auch mal nach Palermo fahren konnten. Die Entfernung zu den schönsten Orten in West Sizilien sind mit <1Std. zu erreichen. das Wohngebiet ist sehr Ruhig und gepflegt und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Danke an Roberto

Nous avons passé une nuit dans le logement de Fara afin d'être près de l'aéroport pour notre vol de retour matinal. L'appartement est super ; spacieuse et très propre, nous avons bien dormi, la literie était de bonne qualité. Nous avions la voiture de location à rendre à l'aéroport, et grâce à Fara, nous avons pu le faire la veille au soir, elle propose un service navette à un prix très abordable, elle est venue nous chercher et nous a déposés à l'aéroport le lendemain matin. Le soir nous avons pu aller manger à pied, juste à côté il y a un large choix d'e restaurants. Une bonne dresse à retenir !!!

appartement très bien situé,à 5 min à pied de la gare. à proximité de toutes les choses à voir à pied,les restaurants et bars . pour faire ses courses,il y a un Lidl à 5 min,sinon des magasins de dépannage au bas de l'immeuble. l'appartement est au 1er étage et donne sur une rue très commerçante et vivante et enfin Eleonora est très accueillante et arrangeante au niveau des horaires d'arrivée( 21h30 passée pour ma part)

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à Capaci dans le logement de Maicol. il est bien situé, au calme dans une petite commune proche de Palerme. La gare est à 10 minutes à pied. Le logement ne manque de rien, il est bien décoré et très propre. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien, nous aurions aimé rester quelques jours de plus mais il fallait qu'on parte pour visiter le sud de la Sicile. Il y a une école au dessus du logement (danse ou musique?), nous appréhendions légèrement cela, mais finalement cela ne nous a pas du tout dérangé. N'hésitez pas si vous cherchez un logement proche de Palerme !

We really enjoyed our stay at the house – it was charming and comfortable. The garden was especially lovely and offered a nice, cool escape from the summer heat. Just a heads-up: the mosquitoes were quite intense, so bring some repellent! Most importantly, Giuseppe was a truly wonderful host. He went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable – he provided us with an extra bed and kindly let us stay longer on our departure day since we had a late flight. Thank you, Giuseppe, for your warm hospitality!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Gisella et son fils sont tres sympathiques, toujours disponibles et accueillants. L’appartement est simple, propre, calme et très agréable à vivre. La terrasse est idéale, surtout pour prendre le petit déjeuner au soleil avec vue sur la mer si paisible. L’emplacement était parfait pour nous, central pour visiter les différents sites de la Sicile que nous avions prévu: nous avons pu faire une belle découverte chaque jour. Nous avions louer une voiture pour nous déplacer et ça a été un vrai point de départ idéal pour explorer l’île et ses beautés😍 certains coins sont paradisiaques. Nous étions heureux de revenir tard en soirée dans l’appartement de Gisella où la grand calme environnemental rendait les nuits ressourçantes. Merci beaucoup pour l’attention portée à notre égard à notre arrivée pour notre anniversaire. C’était très touchant. Nous sommes restés 10 jours du 23 Mai au 3 Juin et ce fût un voyage découverte merveilleux ☀️❤️

We had a wonderful time in Daniela‘s place! The house is beautiful, has a great view and lots of light. The kitchen is very well equipped, everywhere in the house you will find beautiful decoration which gives it a nice personal touch. We immediately felt at home. Daniela was super responsive at all times, helpful and incredibly nice. Easy check-in and check-out. There is a few restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket in walking distance, but it’s best to have a car to get around. Uber/taxi also works, it might be a bit more expensive however. I hope it wasn’t our last time at this beautiful and peaceful place 😊

Prima Unterkunft, toller Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Stadt und trotz zentraler Lage ruhig in der Nacht. Die Dachterrasse ist ein tolles Highlight.

The apartment has lots of character, with old fashioned furniture but in a good way. The small terrace is lovely with lots of plants surrounding you, a good place to have breakfast or read a book. Very comfortable bed and effective AC in the bedroom. Plenty of space. A great location in the old town with easy walking access to loads of good restaurants and bars, but also close to the more modern marina and its restaurants. It seems very secure with the lock system of the building generally. Lots of interesting books on Sicily spread around the place. Francesca was extremely helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay in Palermo. The flat had everything we needed and was very clean. Angelo was a fantastic host, gave us so much advice on where to go in the city and was very attentive during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment as in the photos. Amazing artwork lovely kitchen and spectacular views from all rooms. Guido helped us by facilitating an early checkin which was great. Excellent response time every time we messaged. Bathrooms a bit dated but otherwise all food. Great few days in Palermo.

Très beau séjour dans ce bel appartement offrant une vue superbe sur Palerme ! Luigi à été très accueillant, nous a même offert une bouteille de Prosseco pour célébrer la nouvelle année. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la rue piétonne où de nombreux restaurants proposent des spécialités et autres ! Merci encore !

I think Massimiliano and his son Guiseppe were amazing hosts for my stay in Palermo, they were so helpful with check in, even gave us alcohol and food on arrival. He also stocked shampoo/shower gel and other useful things you may have forgotten. The space was exactly as described and a walking distance to everything! I could not have asked for a better host, I would recommend to anyone thinking about visiting Palermo! 5 Stars!🌟

We had an excellent stay at Walter’s place. A very spacious, desirable apartment that felt like home. So much care has been taken to make this place feel comfortable. The fresh drinking water on tap, the shutter blinds to keep the place cool/block out noise, the lovely balcony to chill and take in the surroundings, the high pressure shower that feels lux, the list goes on. Also, the location is fantastic, with sights to see and restaurants all within 10 or so walking distance. Very easy. Walter also communicated well and provided us with lots of info and advice. Highly recommend!
