Il nostro soggiorno nella “Casetta Perfetta “ di Marina è stato piacevolissimo, grazie a un ambiente accogliente dotato di tutti i confort, con attenzione alla pulizia e ai dettagli, superando le nostre aspettative: dispensa fornita, bevande in frigo e un bel cesto di agrumi di sicilia. La posizione strategica ci ha consentito di visitare il centro storico di Palermo a piedi, e di accedere facilmente a tutti i servizi. Marina è un host gentile e disponibile, sempre pronta a qualsiasi esigenza, dandoci anche ottimi suggerimenti su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Consigliamo vivamente!

Thanks Anna for a wonderful stay and for the warm welcoming to the apartment! We found everything that is needed inside and enjoyed the stay! The location is in the quite old center, just 5 min walk from the Main Street, with nice cafes nearby and free parking.

Posto vicino a ottimi ristoranti e alla spiaggia. Claudia sempre attenta.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen im wunderschönen Haus von Paolo. Es hat ausreichend Platz für alle. Der Garten ist grosszügig und schön gestaltet. Der Küche fehlen ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Der Kontakt war immer sehr freundlich, unsere Wünsche und kleinen Sorgen wurden immer schnell erfüllt. Wir haben das 1. Mal über Abnb gebucht. Danke vielmals für die schöne Zeit

Nous étions 4 personnes et rentrions juste le soir. Maison agréable, chambres spacieuses, lits confortables, 2salle de bains. Lieu parfait pour visiter Monreale sa cathédrale qui vaut vraiment le détour et Palerme sans prendre son véhicule. Ligne de bus régulière. la place de parking est un vrai+ dans ce village très encombré par la circulation. Hôte réactive et aidante. Attention car le lien donné pour l'itinéraire nous a emmené sur Carini et non sur Monreale. Il est préférable de taper l'adresse sur le Gps plutôt que de cliquer sur le lien

Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Alles bestens! Gute Ausstattung, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Riesige, sehr schöne Wohnung mit top Ausstattung, zwei sehr große Schlafzimmer, zwei Balkone Super sauber, in der Küche alles vorhanden, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, kreative Details Supermarkt gegenüber, Bäcker in der Nähe Leider direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße/ Kreuzung Gegenden zum Ausgehen in größerer LaufEntfernung, Parken in der Nähe war unproblematisch Sehr aufmerksamer, freundlicher Host!!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, Onofrio a été flexible sur notre heure d’arrivé ce qui nous a permis de nous reposer après notre long voyage. Elle nous avait laissé des petites gourmandises que nous avons apprécié. Nous recommandons ce logement qui représente parfaitement ce que nous attendons d’un Airbnb.

We loved staying at Giada's place. Having pantry staples (coffee, sugar, milk, oil, salt, pepper and baked goods) was such a wonderful touch. The space was comfortable for us and super convenient. We had a stroller for our toddler. It was easy to go up just a few steps to the apartment door. The Bolero market is just a couple of blocks away. The Quattro Canti is a few blocks away. The Palermo Centrale train station is a couple of blocks away. We went to Cefalu via train for a day trip. One of the sinks is big enough to bathe the baby (which is difficult to do in almost all European bathrooms without getting soaked in the narrow showers). I highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay. The apartment was walkable to all the major sites and close to restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend

Hôte très accueillant et réactif en permanence. Antonio se soucis énormément du bien être des personnes dans son logement. Malgré quelques soucis, il a réagit rapidement. Très bel emplacement, au calme et proche des attractions touristiques. Le logement est très fonctionnel, extrêmement propre et permet de passer un bon séjour. La proximité d’une station de train est agréable (8 minutes à pied). Nous recommandons ce logement +++ et nous aurons plaisir d’y séjourner une prochaine fois

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage und schönes Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Sie ist einfach zu erreichen. Der Check-in war sehr einfach und nachdem wir die Wohnung aufgeschlossen haben waren wir beeindruckt wie schön sie ist. Teresa ist sehr freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

buona posizione perché lontana dalle grosse vie del centro, ma a due passi dalla cattedrale e dal centro. zona residenziale, con la vivacità tipica di Palermo ma la sera silenziosa. ambiente completo, anche di caffè e l'essenziale per la colazione (cosa non comune nei b&b), molto pulito, doccia molto comoda. area notte forse poco adatta a chi è molto alto, ma letto molto confortevole. da ritornarci

Ottima esperienza. L’host ci ha accolti personalmente spiegandoci con dovizia di particolari i posti da visitare e dove poter pranzare. Ci ha consegnato una mappa curata personalmente nei dettagli. La posizione è perfetta per chi ama spostarsi a piedi verso i principali luoghi di attrazione. In alternativa la stazione della metro è molto vicina. Appartamento molto pulito e perfettamente isolato acusticamente.

We (me and my 12yo son) spent over a week at Saovatore's apartment. It is pefectly located with walkable distance to many attractions (via Maqueta, Cattedrale, Teatro Massimo, Mercato Ballaro, Mercato del Capo to name some) as well as good restaurants, ice cream shops, bakeries and drinks kiosks. Salvatore was easy to communicate with and always responded to my inquiries. I need to mentions also his mother who prepared fantastic dishes from local Sicilian cuisine. I highly recommend this place 😊

Fabulous location to the main drag and restaurants. Also close to the main ‘Highway’ for busses and 7 min walk to train station central to get out of town. Extra blankets and pillows, and the beds are comfier than the pictures let on. Hair drier and iron both great powerful things, not the cheap ones you get at a hotel or other places. Well stocked kitchen and great coffee machine and grill for toast. Quick responses esp when she can use the phone to translate, less easy in person 👍🏻

Great stay, you feel right at home and it has everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The host is super nice and friendly, and gave us great recommendations and helped us throughout. Loved the little details added around the house that made it a truly special stay ❤️

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Genoeg uitstapjes te maken en het ontbijt was geweldig! De dame die het ontbijt verzorgde verraste ons met zelfgemaakt gebak die bij ons erg in de smaak vielen. Er zijn veel katten op de accommodatie die soms wel eens brutaal kunnen zijn. Het zwembad was mooi en werd netjes verzorgd, kortom een oase van rust. Klein minpuntje was het bed. Die was heel erg hard. Voor zijslapers geen prettig bed.

Meine Freundin und ich waren eine Woche im B&B bei Sergio, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war alles Bestens. Bei Ankunft konnten wir direkt unser Gepäck abstellen, was dann direkt auf unser Zimmer gebracht wurde. Außerdem war alles sehr sauber ( täglich wurde von einer Putzfrau die Gemeinschaftsräume geputzt) und es hat uns auch an nichts gefehlt. Gerade für den Preis den wir gezahlt haben, kann man es sich nicht besser wünschen! Das Einzige was für uns ein bisschen schwierig war, ist die Lautstärke in der Wohnung. Sie ist sehr hellhörig und deswegen haben wir manchmal nicht den besten Schlaf bekommen. Ich denke es kommt aber auch sehr darauf an, ob die anderen Gäste da auch Rücksicht nehmen. Also als Tipp: einfach Ohrstöpsel einpacken und dann ist das kein Problem :) Jetzt aber noch zu Sergio: Wir haben noch nie einen so freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber erlebt. Durch seine Tipps und Hilfe ist unser Urlaub deutlich schöner geworden. Danke Sergio ❤️

L’host è molto cordiale e disponibile, la struttura è pulita e ordinata. Ristrutturata da poco, la camera e la sala colazione sono moderne e pulite. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! Consigliato 😊

Nice place to stay, calm and near all places to visit, very goof breakfast

Mario was wonderful and helpful during checkin and checkout. We felt that this place had great value for the price. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The location is good, very close to excellent restaurants and walkable. We woke up to a nice surprise in the morning. He had a package waiting for us on the table with our names on it and inside he had a variety of different croissants for breakfast. It was a nice unexpected touch. If you want something clean and affordable, this place was good. Thanks again Mario!

Diego and Manuela were both amazing hosts! We instantly felt like we were invited in to a friend’s home. Our room was beautifully designed with many extra touches to make you feel at home. It was extremely quiet and wonderful to unwind in after a busy day exploring Palermo. We found the location convenient to walk to all the key spots to visit in Palermo. The breakfast was delicious! Diego and Manuela provide fresh local food and fresh pastries each morning. We wish we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend staying here!
