Close to 4km from the leisure base of monclar de quercy, the beautiful village of Bruniquel, the city of arts and history of Montauban ( 15 min), Toulouse ( 50 min), my house will be a starting point to discover and enjoy this beautiful region. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Access to the leisure center and its activities included in the rental. Chalet of 35 m2, covered terrace of 15 m2, garden, swimming pools (see website of the leisure center for schedules and modalities in summer season and off-season)/swimming lake/slides/fishing lakes/Waterfun (extra charge because activities independent of the base), entertainment and food truck within the residence in summer season.

The Au fil de l'eau gîte in Bruniquel, cozy & intimate

Charming, listed house by the water, near the medieval village of Bruniquel. You will enjoy its large garden without overlooking neighbors, the shade of its oaks, and the local wildlife (birds, squirrels...). The calm of nature will recharge your batteries. Its park, its private beach with direct access to the river offer many activities: swimming (progressive water level), fishing, canoeing (at your disposal). Nearby hiking trails will offer you nice walks.

Moulin à vent

Located in the heart of Quercy between Cahors and Montauban, it will offer you a romantic break or a pied-à-terre for a tourist stay. Restored while retaining its original soul (wings moving with the wind, stones and lime joints...) it consists of a small equipped kitchen, living room on the ground floor, bathroom and toilet on the 1st floor, and a bedroom on the 2nd floor. Outside, a terrace with table. Breakfast with farm products included for 1 night.

La Chouette, Cozy Retreat with Breathtaking Views

La Chouette is a picturesque and private two-level village house nestled in the medieval center of Saint Antonin Noble Val. Hand-crafted wooden cabinetry and a curved staircase add warmth and charm. A walled garden with lower and upper terraces provide a spectacular view across the Aveyron river to wooded hills topped by the Roc d"Anglar. La Chouette is closed from November through February. The price includes a 15.5% Airbnb service fee.
