Amazing place. Highly recommend!

A wonderful few days spent near Monchique. Peaceful, well equipped, comfortable, great communication. Definitely need a car as 5 km from the town. Swimming pool clean and tidy, lots of seating possibilities. Would love to go back. Very private too although we were the only people there.

When we arrived Jose and his lady were waiting for us. We felt welcome from the start. The house was amazing and also very lovely neighbours we meet in the street. Monchique itself is a good place to go near other city like lagos or albufeira. Monchique itself offers some great things itself also. We would chose again for Jose his house whenever we go to Algarve again. Thanks a lot. Greetings.

Birgit hosted us wonderfully well and housed my wife and two little girls in her beautiful (tastefully appointed cottage) in the middle of unspoiled, inspiring, and soothing nature. It was a pleasure just getting out of the house or leaving to enjoy the area, and especially its beautiful beaches, to be or then return to this small corner of a beneficial nature. The animals in Birgit were sure to delight our girls either! Thank you!

I've been looking forward to writing this review since we checked in. Catarina and Antonio's house is absolutely amazing. As my wife said when she first saw it, the pictures don't do it justice, it is one of the few places that look even better in real life than it does in the pictures. Beautifully decorated, amazing land for hiking around the property, extremely peaceful and Antonio was so helpful and responsive at all times. I would recommend this property to anybody looking for peace and quiet but still close enough to all possible amenities. Thank you Catarina and Antonio!

I felt very comfortable in Tatiana's apartment! It was immaculately clean, cozily furnished and designed with a lot of love for detail. The location near the beach is perfect – you can reach the water in a few minutes. Tatiana was a very attentive and helpful host who helped me immediately with any questions. I can absolutely recommend the place and will be happy to come back!

Absolutely loved this airbnb. In a prefect walkable location, and easy to drive to with parking. The apartment was gorgeous with everything we needed. Highly recommended

Leslie is a lovely host. She was extremely helpful, supported us with local tips, eg with the local car rental. Her place is calm and beautiful. I loved the beaches close to the house. Just amazing!

Cannot recommend enough, Peggy and Rupert were extremely responsive, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The apartment was pristine, as described and in a good location with some really special beaches nearby (15 min walk) From setting up car hire, to restaurant recommendations and parking info, Peggy made everything simple. The apartment was well stocked with all the things you'd need, my only regret was that I didn't have time to finish the book I borrowed off the shelf! We would come back, thanks so much!

We had a wonderful few days at Monica’s Blue holiday home. This was our third Airbnb in Portugal and was by far the nicest and cleanest stay on our trip. Monica was there to great us on our arrival and she answered all our questions about the apartment and the surrounding area. She is a lovely person and we enjoyed meeting her. It is very obvious that she is a super host!! We appreciated the sunny patio and we loved the morning beach walks and all the many bars and restaurants in the area. Would have loved to stay longer and would highly recommend Monica’s place!!

Comfortable apartment and in a good location. It is large, well-equipped, the air conditioning works great and has shutters. Great check-in and check-out + host information. Parking nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at Susana’s place. The accommodation was beautiful and spotlessly clean (very happy to let my little one crawl around on the floors it was so clean!). Much bigger than the photos. Pool area was very peaceful. Lots of amenities without being cluttered. Well stocked kitchen and generous welcome pack. Restaurants and beautiful beaches within walking distance. Great communication and very helpful host. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Me and some family members were lucky to find this villa for my sisters wedding. The check in was very easy as a key was left in a lockbox upon our arrival. The villa is even more beautiful in person and has an amazing view of the sunset at night from the garden. The pool was perfect temperature and the garden has the sun from morning till night. The kitchen has everything you would need. And the bedrooms are a good size with comfy beds. I would highly recommend staying at this villa if you’re looking for somewhere to stay a stones throw away from the town centre but just far enough out to enjoy the beautiful view and peace. Thank your again for our amazing stay at Vila Atlantico.

We had a wonderful stay here. We were two families with young children, and found the place really spacious and full of great things for the kids - and adults - to do. The sauna was great and straightforward to use, the pool was lovely and when the heating wasn’t working the team were helpful and communicative and able to fix the problem. Again, when the sink was blocked they sent someone over the next day. The kitchen is full of utensils to cook with, the TV worked great for the kids to watch Netflix and we found it incredibly peaceful and relaxing. We loved Burgau and would love to come back.

Villa is absolutely beautiful exactly like it is in the photos highly recommended, Would definitely stay here again villa is only a few minutes from the town by car. Everything you could possibly wish for in the kitchen, right down to a third fridge in the outside barbecue area. We stayed with friends, as 2 families so eight in the villa and had plenty of room. also separate areas for all of us so it never felt like we was all on top of each other I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here Till the next time 😎

Incredible stay in this beautiful villa hosted by Wilson. We had such an amazing time! The view is simply magnificent, there is plenty of room and seating areas to enjoy it every minute of the day. We had the pool heated and it was totally worth it. Note if you are travelling with kids, there is a small separated part of the pool that is PERFECT for toddlers. Wilson was such a great host, starting from the Booking. He gave us plenty of suggestions and tips to make the most out of our stay and he welcomed us with a welcome basket which was much appreciated as we just arrived from our night flight. Everything was super clean and there was even everything you need to enjoy the pool and the beach with kids. Don’t look further, if you have a car, this villa is the best base to explore the Algarve. We would happily come back!

Honestly, I can’t say enough about Ana on how she went above and beyond to make my weekend celebrating my birthday and bachelorette with my friends special! She went as far as to in on the surprise to ensure that I was completely blown away! The villa is spectacular and my only regret is the number of balloons we left lying around when we left (sorry Ana). The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, great convenient location with a grocery store and cafes nearby. Also wasn’t too far to get to the main strip! I highly recommend booking this gorgeous villa!

We were there as a family with six adults and a toddler and felt comfortable from the first minute. The house is wonderfully furnished and offers a very quiet and pleasant atmosphere. The location is perfect for trips by car to the numerous spectacular beaches and rocky coasts. Fernando and his family are wonderful hosts, were always easily accessible and helped us a lot! We would always come back!
