Monthly Rentals in Molino IV

Stayed here twice during my trip to the Philippines and I absolutely love this place! It’s super spacious and has such a cozy, homey vibe. Pros: - Really spacious and comfy - Feels like a true Filipino home - Huge TV - Cozy living room - Master bedroom has its own bathroom - Filtered cold & hot water (big plus!) Cons: - During my first stay, the cleaning seemed a bit rushed. The kitchen and bathroom could use a little more attention, and the towels weren’t ready as they were still drying, so we had to wait for them to be fully dry before using. - Could use more mugs, but they were provide to bring extra when I asked. - The power of the AC in the rooms wasn’t as strong, so the living room and especially the kitchen area could get a bit warm. However, there was an extra fan available to help cool things down. Overall, despite the minor cons, I highly recommend this place! It’s super homey, and we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely worth what I paid for. Thank you so much! ❤️

Veronica's place is perfect – Highly Recommend! We all had an amazing experience - relaxing, clean, comfortable beds and complete with amenities. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Tatay Abet also welcomes us warmly and always their when needed. We appreciate that the host even provided us with welcome gifts. There are coffe and complete toiletries where you will that you are home away from home. The location is also perfect. We will definitely go back! :)

We booked this unit last minute around 6 PM as we needed a place to work from home due to an internet outage. Camille was incredibly responsive and helpful—she even offered us a late checkout, which we truly appreciated. The unit is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning is cold, the sheets were fresh, and we had a comfortable night’s sleep. Having Netflix and Google TV was a nice bonus, and the free parking was definitely a plus. Highly recommend!
